I ordered a large drink, and the service person just walked away after I paid. I had to wait over five minutes for someone else to come back up front to ask if I’d been helped. Meanwhile a small line formed behind me as I waited to be handed a drink cup.

Pulled up to the store and saw 2 cars in the drive through and assumed it would be a quick McDonald’s trip but i was VERY wrong.
Starting with service, one of the front workers walked right past us (twice) and then proceeded to sit next to the fries as if he was making any but it would be more accurate to say he was trying to use his warmth to keep them fresh because he just stood there until the orders began to rack up.

Another worker came up and said “just me myself and I” and jokes saying there is no manager (this was believable considering no one else was up front excluding the glorified fry warmer)

Then, finally a third worker came (she was on drive aswell so bless her soul, she’s already doing more than the entirety of the front combined) especially considering they weren’t present and handing out orders nor taking any.

Asked for a refund aswell because hate to be that person but half an hour for a couple cookies, a fry, and a sundae is insane
They didn’t take it seriously and never compensated.

If you plan on coming to this location then i recommend you come with an hour grace period.

My experience at McDonald’s today was very disappointing. The service was slow and the staff were disrespectful. They gave me the wrong order twice, and when I told them it wasn’t what I ordered, they refused to change it. What made it even worse is that they treated my young daughters poorly when they tried to explain that the order was wrong. This is completely unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s, and I hope management takes action to improve their customer service immediately.”

Once again this McDonald’s failed. I am only allowed to order here for delivery (this needs fixed). Took one bite of my burger and there was a hair, absolutely disgusting.

No 1, 2,3 or 4 neither 5. It's been like 10 times already that or either my order It's not right or the food is raw. People in there is great sometimes but I think they need to have some kind of list to make food right. Once I paid for extra meat I didn't recieve any extra. Another time I paid for a steak bagel I they just put egg on it. I know they're in a rush, but please be more careful with costumer. Reason I keep going there is cause is almost across where I live. But come on I know you guys can do better.

75% of my visits to this mcdonald's in the last 2 weeks have been problems. This time was being told they're waiting on chicken nuggets and to please pull up and wait. Waited 7 minutes and then I went in took 3 or 4 minutes to be acknowledged. Was told they didn't make it. I don't know if they're chronically understaffed or what the issue is, but it was a general feeling of chaos inside. They did try to give me the order and a refund, oddly enough the order was ready after like two minutes, I just wanted the refund. They didn't give the order to a kid like I suggested, but threw it away .... odd. I'd suggest going to a different one if you want mcdonald's.
They later reversed the refund. Shady restaurant here, recommend you avoid it.

This is hands down the worst McDonald's in Lincoln. Unfortunately the only one with a worthwhile playplace. Ignored for 10 minutes at register, even after being seen by every one behind the counter. Not a single clean table and all trashcans were literally over flowing to where there was trash on the ground. When asked if a table could be wiped for me, I was throw and rag and a bottle of cleaner. Waited FOREVER for food, food wasn't even warm when I recieved it. One of the sauces I recieved was already open and I had to ask for a new one. The person tossed one at me and called me annoying while rolling his eyes. Icing in the cake was, while I was waiting to be acknowledged to get a new sauce, I watch a worker drop the chicken nugget scooper on the FLOOR, pick it up, and go to USE IT, until we locked eyes and she threw it across the kitchen and began using her hands. The attitude of absolutely every single worker here is AWFUL, service is worse and food even worse than that. Save your time and money. This place should just be closed permanently.

they use card skimmers and steal your card information be careful have disputed these charges from them with no cooperation from there end at all

I live close to this Mcdonald's, it's the main one i go to. Last week my brother got charged to his account while he was at work, he thought someone had took his information so he got a new card. Today 3/7 i got charged for $15 while i was at work on my apple wallet. I'm not sure how that is possible because anytime i use my apple wallet i got a notification stating how much i paid and when it was. I let my brother know they charged me today to and i was not there & he said they also tried to charge him this morning but because he changed his card it didn't go through. Not sure what kind of SCAM they have running through their machines but i will no longer be coming here. When i tried to call the store the manager said it was my bank but its not, its on my apple wallet & me & my brother have two different banks. when i tried to get a number for someone higher than he to voice my concerns she said she didn't have any number & that i just need to dispute it from my bank. The point is, somehow people are getting charged when they aren't even buying things. super suspicious and weird that she wasn't even trying to help & just wanted me to dispute it with my bank.
