This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, their management sucks, they get your food wrong all the time and are very rude. I called about my mcchicken that had ketchup on it and they cussed me out.

Consistent issues at this location, whenever I am unfortunate enough for it to be my only option. Came tonight to grab a quick burger. Waited 10+ minutes and it came. Burger was incorrect and drink 75% full. Waited another 10 minutes for the replacement (in fact, I’m still waiting) and will soon be late for a meeting. Service was pretty poor, with workers asking me what I was waiting on 3 times. I’d avoid this location, if you can. Terrible when it’s slow, mind numbingly terribly when busy.

Well, I went thru drive lane two and set there while they took orders for 3 to 4 cars in lane one, never taking my order. So I pulled on up to the window and asked if lane two was closed since they never took my order. The manager said she was sorry and that they were busy, but never offering to take my order at the window or anything! So I said that was stupid, she then proceeded to tell me that I was stupid! Great customer service, where the customer is the stupid one for setting at the menu board never getting served!

Employees at this location will lie to you about being cash only in order to avoid serving you whenever they don’t want to.
We all know it’s a lie because the only reason to only accept one type of payment is to replace cash registers and it would be card only. Card payments don’t just turn off randomly between customers.
