Worst mcdonald's by far in the area of lincoln. The staff is beyond lazy and mcdonald's corporate needs to do a serious staff change. Also 9 out 10 they always get your order wrong. If you like spending money on mediocre service this is the place for you

I understand being busy and having to keep up with drive through times but my bf and I weren’t even ordering for a full minute yet and the drive through employee kept rushing through the order. We even said one moment please when he asked if we were complete with our order and he just gave us our total and told us to pull up. We didn’t think it was worth the argument so we just pulled up and paid, just to see the employee on FaceTime on his phone while more cars are waiting behind us. Fast food service is going so down hill. I work in food service and would never treat customers like this, I understand it gets busy and overwhelming sometimes but learn how to handle a rush with respect for your customers 🤦‍♀️

Today was amazing! Out of all the different McDonald’s location I’ve been to and amount of times Ive been there. This employee really made my day, I never got to ask her for her name but she said my name was beautiful. Thank you for the wholesome experience and great food McDonald’s, especially that one employee.

The food was amazing and I got one of the adult happy meals and it was so neat and nostalgic. I was born in 1979 and grew up with Ronald McDonald, The Hamburgular, Grimace, Birdie, The Fry Guys, and the McChicken Nugget buddies. I'm so happy they are bringing all the history back for our children and grands to experience. The shake was fantastic and adorable as well. Thank you for good, fast, quality service. We'll be back.

My cousin went and got an iced coffee. They overcharged her and gave her a small iced coffee when she ordered a medium. When she tried to get the issue resolved they insisted she had been properly charged and that the size was right. They also kept saying that it was a latte. She did not get a latte she got an iced coffee. What kind of operation are they running here? Charging 4.50 for a small iced coffee when I ordered the same coffee from a different McDonald's and only paid 3.89 for a medium iced coffee. This is outrageous. I've added a photo for size comparison her coffee order is on the left and mine is on the right. -10/10 service get it together. Y'all make minimum wage and work for a billion dollar corporation and you're out here scamming people. Do better.

Went through the drive through and we paid at the first window. Pull up to the second window to get our food and it is completely wrong
They can't figure it out. Ask us to pull forward and now sitting 15 minutes. 7 other cars have gone through the drive through while we have been waiting.

The employee here is a nice young lady named Alize during lunch rush she was the only competent employee in the restaurant; running orders out, dropping fries, making cookies and taking front orders. The grills were too busy munching on food while ON THE LINE that they skimmed my pickles when I requested EXTRA. And the Dr.Pepper was flat when I heard the MANAGER tell his employee to serve it anyway to the customer. When I got my food since he had ran back I assumed my Dr.Pepper had been remade and he hadn’t. I will acknowledge that the upfront crew looked short staffed, but on top of that no one else was helping the one person basically running front. Not her manager. When she asked for fries her other teammate had meant her with animosity, pretending like she hadn’t heard her ask about 20 minutes out of the half hour I was waiting there. And my not right made food (which should have a label to identify that the burger was made correctly on the wrapper) was sitting under the warmer. Manager who was on duty was frazzled and didn’t seem to be used to the lunch rush situation or really know what’s going on. I’m severely disappointed, because this seems to keep happening whenever I pick up food from this location. Better off going to 10th st off the Highway! Traffic may suck sometimes but prices are way better and service is immaculate there. Fresh food, not made wrong and their sodas are NEVER flat.

I’m being generous giving them a two star. The worker who tried to fix the mistake was nice at least. I ordered nuggets and a McFlurry and was given a Big Mac and no McFlurry . I don’t understand how this can get messed up so badly
