Food was trash. Literally the worst fast food I've ever had! The bread was STALE, French fries were HARD and were not fresh at all. It was completely inedible. Wish I could get my money back! Had to go somewhere else to eat because it was so terrible. Y'all need to do better. 0/10

I had the worst experience in-line this evening, I gave my code and gave my order, then the teller proceeds to tell me that they aren’t excepting cash, like? I’d understand if your card machine was down, but how do you not except Cash/Money??…. Then when I asked why, the teller told me he can’t tell me and to leave… horrible customer service and this is why I avoid McDonald’s. I won’t be coming back to your location, it’s Trash…

We just went through here and only had maybe a 4-5 minute drive home and the food was cold like sat in a fridge cold. Disgusting. This location sucks this isn’t the first time they’ve served nasty cold food. They also have very poor management

Missed a mcchicken on an order. Called to ask if they could send me a refund or a coupon to replace it and got told no. They will take your money and leave you hungry. Terrible location.

I was in the drive through for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to help, but no one answered I drove up to the window and the lady told me to go back to the line because she not taking my order at the window.. the cashier was rude and she was screaming at me.. this is not a good customer services.. worst service ever..

Just went through the drive through to get 2 sodas. Had exact change in cash. Get to the window and the guy is like we aren't accepting cash, cards only. I was like why didn't the girl say that taking my order first then? I tried to give it to him. I'm like it's the exact amount. He repeated that they are only taking cards. Seriously? I know this isn't the first time they have done this. It just seems crazy. I'll drive to west O instead now.

We were waiting in drive thru. The manager got on and said I'll be with you in in just a min. Then started taking orders from people after us. We mentioned it and she stated you can come inside and order. We told her we already had and online order waiting. She then told us we can just wait very rudely. We went to the window we were told to go to in order to speak with this manager. When we pulled up I called to her and she shut the window in my face and walked away. This happened on 12/29/2024 around 4pm. One of the employees told us he thinks her name was Jennifer. But it was probably the rudest encounter with a manager I have ever had. She basically told us to shut and wait. She definitely does not deserve her job.
Lady in drive through that hands out food needs to get it together! Waited for 15 min for two sausage patties and a iced tea. A few peoplejustdrove off while inline due to taking so long. Made me late for work.

Racist and disrespectful told me “isn’t she your people” after a Mexican girl who worked there yelled at us to pay at the first window. Mind you we came out the town and the lady slammed the window at us. Manager stayed laughing like it was a joke not professional at all who ever is the store owner needs to check who they are hiring! I had a choice between this McDonald's and the West 0 street McDonald's and I definitely chose the wrong one. I went inside to order, per my usual choice, when I went in the kiosks were shut down so I went up to the counter. When I approached the counter I got looked at by the drive-thru person more than once. I stood at the counter almost 10 minutes, after that 10 minutes another lady walked in to pick up a doordash order and then her and I both proceeded to stand there for another 5 minutes before another man Came in and proceeded to cut us off at the counter and when the employees saw him they went and immediately rushed over to help him and the lady who came in after me for the doordash order. Yet when it came to my turn, the person who took the orders of the previous people completely walked away and ignored me for another 5 minutes until a manager walked over and finally helped me. When is manager came over to help me this manager wasn't attentive towards my order because she kept walking away from the counter and towards the drive-thru and had me raising my voice to tell her my order (I already hate talking to people in general and that's why I wanted to use the kiosk) so yelling was exactly the opposite of the experience I wanted to have there. It then takes them another 10 minutes to get my food ready. While my food is being prepared, two other gentlemen walk in the lobby and they had to stand there for 10+ minutes just to get helped. My recommendation is just go to the one on West O

This McDonald’s is crazy employees on their phones Walking around in circles drinking a pop and just staring at you! like do your job and get my food!! Had to go back and pick up half of my food. Maybe because half the employees are talking on the phone!
