Today, I went to this McDonald's, there was a line at the drive thru. I pay at the first window go to the second windows, and the person says the drink machine I ordered is down for cleaning. This is at the dinner rush. So they ask me to pull forward. As I waited for my food, they brought out my drink. The young man brings me my food. I leave and make it home to see that the fries were not made fresh but they used old fries and put them back in the oil to heat them back up. The 4:1 meat wasn't cooked all the way either. This was a very bad experience at this McDonald's.

The lady at the frond doesn't seem happy with what she does. This is the place we go a lot in summer time after kinds finish playing. We ordered, and we went to the front to pick up the caps, but she said to sit down . What was wrong ? Give us the cups, and we gonna get out your way.Another problem we had at this place. We went to McDonald's front desk and gave the guy $40, but he claimed that we gave him $20 . We requested to play the video, but nobody did.Anyway, hire someone who knows how to talk to customers and someone who knows how to count.

So was a little slower then normal when I got there. Had to sit in the drive thru and wait for someone to answer the speaker for longer then normal but no one else was behind me so that was good. Then the card reader was down so at first they wanted a different card and to be honest was gonna be annoyed if they said they couldn't take that card but she got it figured out. Food was amazing though after not having a mcgridle for so long! Very happy we got it done despite the hiccups.
Was only there once. Kids love the skating ring. Did not try the food. The stuff was very nice except one person who was inpatient and could not explain anything considering its my first time.
