Went through the drive through, ordered 10 piece chicken nugget meal, and a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal with fries. The 10 piece meal only had 8 nuggets and they completely forgot the chicken nuggets on the kids meal. The kids fry only have 4 fries. The chocolate milk was expired! Please everyone check all your food before you leave! Called 23 times without an answer! What a waste of time and money!

The Supervisor came to the Register because SOMETHING must have Rang Up Wrong. (?)
I had no reason to suspect anything so I just sat down and waited for my Order.
My Bacon - EGG - Cheese on a Bisquet came WITHOUT EGG!
I was NOT asked if I'd like the Sandwich without EGG for a cheaper Price.
SHE JUST GAVE IT TO ME WITHOUT ASKING ME if I'd accept that!
VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
This was at the 65th & O St location in LINCOLN NE.
In my opinion that Supervisor should be dealt with appropriately.

Ordered fish sanwhich meal.Bread was rock hard fish was dry,they must of microwaved it the bread was stuck to the box.went back thru the drive thru to exchange the fish for 2 cheeseburgers and they werent any better absolutely disgusting
I got a McRib and they didn’t add a bottom bun. I thought it was funny but really confused how someone could pack up a messy sandwich like the McRib without realizing there’s no bottom bun. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Should update their store hours, third time this month I’ve come in at 5:30-5:45 which is within dining room hours with the doors locked till 6. Edit: 6am, still locked, update the hours. Ffs it’s too cold to be guessing if you’re open or not.

Photos say it all. Took a bite of the first one, didn't taste right so opened it up and it is NOT only mayo. And they are both that way. I was the only person in the drive thru when this happened too. Afraid to eat the rest of this meal now.
