Horrible experience! The girl at the Drive through was ignorant as hell. The food was cold and the meat in the quarter pounder was almost like you had to tear it to eat it along with the bun hard and burnt. Cold fries too. This is 30 minutes after breakfast. Should be fresh. Not from this area and I’m glad I’m not. Good service is hard to find now days. If you don’t like your job go find another one somewhere else.

McDonald’s is located right in front of the truck stop, but do not accept orders from them at night. I think the employees are so lazy that McDonald’s is literally losing easy money.

The food was fine and edible. The fry box was half empty and my big mac came with one slice of cheese. Does big mac only come with 1 slice of cheese? I would think 2 patties, 2 cheese slices.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. The drive through attendant was straight up rude. Like she was pissed at the whole world. Fries were half full when I open the bag. Thank god I don’t live around here because that was a miserable experience.

United States Is the address the event occurred. A little after 7:00 pm 8/23/25. I have a hearing disability. I had friends and a 3 year old in the back seat screaming. I pulled up and I heard someone ask if I was using the mobile app. I thought this was the employee. So I said Im not sure and just was ordering for my friends kid. I then said my whole happy meal order. At the end of my order I was interrupted with someone asking me if I would like to order food. I asked if they heard my whole order. They said no really rudely and that is when the horrible service started. She then said I was taking another order. I said ok I didt know that. I guess the first voice was an automated computer. So I read my whole order and there was a long pause. My wife asked if it was right on the screen. I had to pull up more to read the screen. While I was reading the screen, she preoceeded to read it off to me and the three year old started screaming so loud I couldnt hear. She proceeded to say looking at me IM NOT HAVING IT with the window open. I said your not having what? And she screamed at me and slammed the window shut. Then the manager said they refused my order because I was being rude. I had to drive another 30 min just to get my friends kid food. All I ordered was for the kid. I cant hear and I wasnt at all being rude. This was a horrible experience. Why did they take the mix up and me not being able to hear personal or as I was trying to be rude?
