i refuse to go to this location because they are always so rude. they also mess up your order every time. and the manager amy she is one of the most disrespectful managers ever. she treats her employees like garbage.

The fries were cold at 12:36 pm on the day of two free fries with a twenty piece nugget. Of course, I had to get back to my Physical Therapy Class so I didn’t have time to rip the beg apart to test everything. I trusted the McDonald’s with the new look would also put the money into the food, but that was not the case and I was terribly wrong. ?

Horrible and over priced. Waited 20 mintues for cold food. Fries were cold, nuggets were cold, burgers were cold. You would thinkntheu would do better with their food now since the workers are being paid 12-15 per hour but nope. Worse now then pre-covid with overall quality!

I was there with my kiddos a few weeks ago. With the covid restrictions gone, indoor play place is open. It gives me peace of mind letting the kids play while we wait for food and I can kind of exhale for a second. This was really not the case. The first thing my 7-year-old did was scream, "there's a mouse!". I did not believe her until I saw it myself. I ran up to the counter and asked the friendly cashier for a cup and a lid so I could try and catch it. Upon trying to catch what I thought was a very rare infestation. I started realizing there were large metal boxes hidden but also within plain sight of the dining tables. I opened one of them outside, thinking the live mouse was in there. Mind you this was the large metal mousetrap right underneath the table next to us. There was no live mouse but at least five dead ones. I understand infestations and I don't mind getting my hands dirty. But having something like this not only in a dining area but a place where kids play is just absolutely not acceptable. Hopefully they are not continuing to serve people or letting people in that dining area if they are having mice problems. I'm grateful they were trying to control the situation with the traps. But when I realized they weren't emptying the traps I nearly puked. We do drive-thru here and there still. I just felt the need to say something in hopes it is resolved.

Glad there's still a location in Lincoln with a Play Place for toddlers but the food wasn't great. My husband's burger was drowned in ketchup.

Nobody helped us at the cashier, everyone looked at us and kept walking. We ordered on the little kiosk and afterward couldn’t find anyone to get our cups from. Not one person interacted with us until our food was ready and even then we asked for 2 extra Big Mac sauces and they clearly don’t communicate because different people gave us Big Mac sauces not realizing we’d already gotten it. I don’t expect customer service to be really good because it’s McDonalds but at least being acknowledged would’ve been nice!

Fries half cooked one order cold the other. Don't get out receipt asked 3 times after sitting there 20 min what we ordered. Got eye roll when repeated 3rd time what we ordered. Cashier couldn't figure out how to ring up my large drink so claimed to just give it to me. Did not get our drinks until first time they can over to ask what our order was. Manager giving an interview was the loudest person in the restaurant could tell the poor interviewee was intimidated. Even other customers were shaking there head and and laughing when they kept coming to our table trying to get our order those 3 times. Absolute joke we quit going to McDonald's for this very reason at others we thought ok we haven't been in long time and this is a different one. Yep joke was on us never again so sick of the I don't care attitude at McDonald's.

Mediocre, at best.Vegetarian options: Please, Ronnie, please, please! Don't even bother putting anything plant based on the menu! You'll lo$e billion$ and the normal food for normal patron$ will become so damned expen$ive that we won't be able to afford to eat there anymore!

Undoubtedly, the drive-thru makes at least one error 4 out of 5 times I've been there. Have started going inside to make sure the order is correct. Honestly, the only reason I frequent this McD's is convenience.
