My kids love the $5 value meals. One gets the McDouble, the other gets the McChicken. They forgot a Fry so I had to go through the drive thru again. Dude at the window didn't even look at me let alone fork over an apology. I'm glad I always check the bags before leaving.

This location is in desperate need of training on basic customer service. The coffee was fine, but the amount of time it takes to just pick up a coffee after every other step was done via the app was really surprising. When it is going to take some time because it is busy, no problem. When I'm the only one there and there are no cars in the drive-thru, it is surprising for one coffee to take 10 minutes and to not be acknowledged by anyone working. I used to work for Maria at this location and I have always thought highly of this place, but this really changed my opinion after a couple of lukewarm experiences in the last year.

They place had an actual order taker. A rarity. I hate kiosk idea and avoid it all the time. I normally go in the drive thru. Nothing special about McD's any more. No salads no good sandwiches and even the happy meal toys suck any more.
Waited 30 minutes after ordering on the app and never got my food. Went inside and the manager just said "we've been busy". Refused to refund my money and wouldn't apologize.

Yet again, 75% of 8 visits, order no ketchup, get only ketchup on my burgers. 1 or even 2 times is a mistake, these numbers are just malicious behavior. Kept my receipt, gonna frame it as memorabilia of the last time I ate at McDonald's.
