Terrible McDonald’s location. Goes to show that a person should always check reviews before going to a place as this location has horrible reviews.

Made a purchase on their app but apparently it didn’t go through to the restaurant. Showed them the email receipt I had just been emailed. Showed them the Apple Pay receipt as well—didn’t care. Got charged and they refused to give me what I paid for. Extremely rude manager when she came. Wouldn’t refund me either. Will not be coming here anymore.

Visited this location multiple times. There are numerous errors each time. Multiple food items missing, missing toppings or incorrect toppings, hair in the French fries. The health department seriously needs to take a better look at this issue.

I was delivered a quarter pounder with cheese burger that was raw inside, and i didnt realize it until i had ate half of it, i just thought it didnt taste as good as it has before, it tasted salty, little did i know it was raw…this is a complete nightmare when eating fast food ! I Called the store to let them know, because im assuming im not the only one who received a raw burger, to make them aware, and they said they will have to check their grill crew. Definitely will be a long time until i can eat McDonalds again.

Way Trendy

Beware, they park every drive through order in the curbside pickup spots. So no parking for actual pickup order and the drive through line looks way shorter than it is, absolutely scammer logic.

Super disappointed…

I got this partially eaten breakfast sandwich last month from a curbside order. I obviously drove it back to the store and asked the manager how an employee could wrap that up for a customer. She just stared at me then gave me a refund. I went online to make McDonald’s aware. I received call from the store operator. She asked for the photo which I provided (the one posted here). I heard nothing back until I reached out a month later. Here’s the exchange which clearly shows she doesn’t care in any way whatsoever.

Her: We investigated, contacted the factory. That was are steps. Thank you for your follow up. Was there something you were expecting??

Me: I was expecting at least a follow up on what was done. And an explanation of how an employee at your McDonald’s thought it was okay to wrap up and give to a customer what appeared to be a partially eaten sandwich.

Her: So sorry , that I did not get back to you, I misunderstood. But we did deal with the condition of the sandwich ect,

Less than fresh fries, warm drink, no ice in the machine. Trash filled to overflowing and sticky floor. My chicken sandwich was pretty good. Thanks.

Their app says serving lunch, but they are still serving breakfast so you can't order lunch items. Every time I use the app, I have to wait for my order to be brought out. Only advantage is rewards.

Went through the drive-thru for a Happy Meal for my kid. First window worker barely spoke to me and didn't smile at all. Then I got home and found out there was no toy in the Happy Meal.
This is after several visits where they've screwed up our order.

Tried to call and ask about the situation, and only the FAX answered the phone.

Always keep your receipt! Whoever took my order at 7:32 pm on Wednesday Oct 30th, 2024 charged me 13.42 for an incorrect order. First of all she was yelling into the mic, I asked for a double cheeseburger meal and an extra double cheeseburger with a Diet Coke. Looked alright on the screen. When I go to the next window and they have a sprite and an extra water ready I should’ve known they messed things up. Second lady was nice and gave me the Diet Coke. I get home to see 2 cheeseburgers none double - SMH can’t wait for AI to take these jobs out of the market.
