Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

Love the pizza here, crust is hefty with a smoky and slightly crispy bottom (which is perfect). Atmosphere is 70's mellow, with a tinge of humor mixed with undertones of hippie vibes. Would definitely recommend to check out before leaving the capital.

My #1 of all pizza places I've ever been
Ingredients are amazing, options are great and the wall art is really cool. Worth the price. This specific location is in a great part of the city, plenty to explore and do in the area

Went to a location in Arkansas and was passing through Lincoln staying the night on a road trip and the pizza was just as amazing here. Definitely recommend. Would love a location in Wisconsin!
