Metro Dining Delivery - Restaurant Delivery Service

I would say this is my favorite delivery service in town. It does take longer than other services to receive your food but the food is always fresh. Personally I'd rather wait longer to receive fresh food than wait a lesser amount of time for the food to end up being cold.

Love that they added Tacos Los Hermanos and Dave is the sweetest guy! I’ve normally ordered through DoorDash but I’m deleting my app and sticking to Metro! Stand out guy, had me shocked; the owner and doing deliveries!?

This is a locally owned business. I'm going to support him and his business when ever I can. Service was great, fast and polite.

Great delivery service from restaurants you can't find on other delivery apps/sites. Really menu prices and all menu options from each restuarant. Delivery charge depends on what you spend on the food. Definitely a site to check out.

EXCELLENT service, happy and friendly! Sometimes a little delayed, but totally understandable. Will continue to order take out from Metro Dining as they are a small local business! Keep up the great work!

This is why I quit using metro dining they are barely ever open and if they are they are "over worked and under staffed"

Great service. Delivered food within one hour . Food was hot when arrived. Never received a recipes.so was unsure of what exactly I paid for .

I rarely ever leave a bad review, but I was very taken aback at the quality of my delivery and the total I paid. This was my very first, and unfortunately my last, time using Metro Dining Delivery. I gave a two star rating because some of the blame falls on me for not fully comprehending the fees beforehand (otherwise I would have given one star).I ordered a meal that has previously cost me $10.50 -- including a tip. Through Metro, it ended up costing me $11.79? Peculiar, yet not as disappointing as the $8.50 it cost to deliver half a mile. It's my fault for not understanding it cost $8.50 to deliver anything under $25, but that seems unreasonable given the distance. To further add to my disappointment, a quarter of the meal had spilt out of the box and into the sack, creating a mess.I am also confused on the 20% Tip For Driver coming out to $3.71? A 20% tip from my Food Total of $11.79 is about $2.36. I would have loved to give Metro Dining Delivery a positive review, but unfortunately I cannot due to the poor value and poor quality in my delivery. You can get a much more affordable delivery through other providers that do no spill a large portion of your meal.

Way better than door dash or grub hub, they actually care if your delivery arrives good instead of something you have to reheat in the oven.

Food Is soggy and cold. 20% tip is DEMANDED. & when I calculated the tip out of the money but added MY OWN 3 dollar tip After TIPPING THE RESTAURANT they were so mad but couldn’t do anything about it. The drivers are disrespectful when they text and don’t care to make customers happy. So complicated.

Over priced advertising for places that are open past mwtrodining hours will say they can deliver and then u try and it's not open . Annoyance
