I have been coming to this place since 2019 with my family. We come here every year for a Nebraska Football game and also stay at the hotel so honest opinions only:

If you come for breakfast/brunch, you will certainly get the most attentive service and the food more than gets the job done. Have some coffee, go for a walk, and bang, boom, bam, if you have to go #2 it’ll come out. Great food, quality service, good price.

If you come for the evening for food and dinner: it gets the job done, solid food, solid and attentive service when you take into consideration how they’re staffed; this isn’t their fault, I just genuinely think this place is only busy during sports season for the Huskers which makes it harder to staff - inviting the owner to correct me if I’m wrong.

If on a night before a Friday before game night, very fast service for food and 7 out of 10 for drinks. If on a Friday before a game you will wait a few extra minutes but it doesn’t change that the drinks are solid, and the girls are busting their asses. Treat them nicely and they will do the same in return. When you look at this place it’s hard to imagine it staying fully staffed all year. (Again, due to sports season), so show some grace.

This is the hotel the football team stays at so if it’s good enough for them it’s good enough for me. Know that on the weekend nights (Friday/Saturday) before a home game it’ll be slower service because of more customers. Bonus feedback: the caesar chicken salad is a 8.4 out of 10… 8.7 of 10 if you add the chicken. The wings are their signature dish. Stop your complaining and enjoy a better than average but less than perfect establishment.

As a visiting fan, the atmosphere was very nebraska oriented, with a random marching band walking through, eyes judging me with a cow bell, 1 star!! But the food and everything else was great fir a Nebraska operated establishment. Good was edible.

Additionally the fries were crisp and could retain their float in water. All aboard!

Beautiful restaurant, very convenient if staying at hotel. Service was decent but slow. Menu was limited for gameday, which we understood but cheeseballs were over cooked, and it was very obvious. We didn't want to wait any longer for food, so we paid and left.

I’ve stayed at the Cornhusker Hotel several times the past year, only because it’s convenient. The hotel is “tired” as is Millertime, and the staff is mediocre and only lightly trained in hospitality. The Millertime Pub is only able to stay open because it’s in the hotel. I’ve had some okay meals, mainly when I arrive in the evening for a quick bite or eggs at breakfast. The service at Millertime today was so uninspired and slow and “half assed” and food looked blah and cold, I had to get a check and go elsewhere to eat. There are several good restaurants in downtown lincoln within a few blocks. I’m never eating at Millertime again. Tonight I went to Yia Yias for slices of “the local” pizza and in the morning I’m going to walk a couple blocks to the Green Gateau for Eggs Benedict. Millertime is to be avoided unless you’re stuck at the hotel or meeting friends for a drink and the downtown location is convenient.

We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at Miller Time Pub & Grill both days we were in Lincoln. The food was excellent and service was great! It was nice to have a restaurant on site and didn't see a need to wander off the property after enjoying the first nights dinner there we kept going back.

Reason for 4 stars: good food, good atmosphere, convenience of being in a hotel, has a bar, serves all 3 meals, and in downtown.
Reason for not giving the 5th star: expensive, closes at 11 so not really a night cap type of place, you’ll have to pay for parking, and if you’re not staying at the hotel there is a different entrance.

It was probably the worst I have ever been there. We love the cheese curds but they were different the fire cracker shrimp over cooked my short rib sandwich not very good. Also the only good thing was the beer but the server was to worried about talking to get a refill.

Nice relaxed atmosphere in the wonderful Cornhusker hotel. Fish tacos very tasty. Classic Reuben. Only reason 4 rather than 5 stars on service is we had to request water refills.

Food was great, service was great but they desperately need to hire more staff.

Didn't realize this was here in Lincoln.
