Ordered two burritos.
Pros: The burritos were very large. I was happy to see that we at least got a lot of food for how much everything cost. The food came out quickly and was still hot.
Cons: The rice in the burritos - it was goopy, which was a really unpleasant pairing with the dry meat. Both burritos had 'the works', which is supposed to be their two salsas and a crema, but I was expecting to have a lot more flavor than what we got.
Maybe the tacos and their mac would've been better, or maybe we came on a bad day, but either way I was ultimately let down by our meal, especially for how much it cost compared to other options in town. $40+ for two burritos, no drink.

Got the B3 burrito. Watery and very tasteless. For the price, I would go somewhere else.

muchachos is THE place to go for Mexican food downtown 😋
The food’s fine, but the service has gone downhill fast. I was mocked by one employee in front of another, and the owner brushed me off when I asked a simple question—guess courtesy costs more than the $400 buzzers he said were “busted.” Great atmosphere if you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

I love this place. Great food. However, multiple times when placing a to go order it has been a struggle with pick up times and this evening was extra irritating. I couldn’t place an order online due to them not accepting orders. So then I call.. voicemail. Call again, and they’re hesitant but take my order. I ordered one item. On the phone I was told 5-10 minutes it would be ready. So of course I left right away to get my food. Once I hit the 30 minute mark I asked about my food. The cook hadn’t even started it, but was starting dine orders that were after mine. Very disappointing. Make sure you have time to spare if you come here.

If I could I'd do zero stars across the board. I've been doing and promoting and opening channels for purveyors of local foods for over 20 years. This place by far is crap. Do not visit. You'll get a better and more locally sourced handcrafted meal at Brewskys in the Haymarket. Avoid at all cost.

Had the brisket at the Weird Al concert. They were willing to give me just the chips and brisket and it was amazing! The staff is super nice and the food is great quality.

I had the pipeline burrito. All it had in the burrito was pulled pork, brisket and rice. No beans, no chips, no queso. Also it would have been nice if the meat was cut up instead of big chucks. Good flavor just wish it was made like it was suppose to be.

Disappointing experience. The food was bland and lacked flavor, yet the prices were shockingly high. We came specifically for nachos, but they were out of chips. Five minutes after ordering, chips arrived, but when I asked to switch to nachos, they did not offer to adjust the price. Drove all the way from Nashville for a good meal and left unsatisfied.
