95% Disappointment. Other than the large portion size, I see this as a huge letdown. Maybe I overhyped the experience, but the food was cold, lacking flavor, and the order was incomplete. Ordered the hatch burrito with sauce and the 3b? They were out of chicken, and chorizo, so the 3b got subbed for tacos, as requested, but no price difference was initiated. I really wanted this to be good. Edited**** Owner reached out and we discussed the visit. They are crediting the B3 completely!! Customer service and scores are changed. Looking forward to to giving it another try!

I’ve eaten here many times and the food is always delicious and, imo, very nicely priced. Can I talk about their margaritas? I order two right off the bat! They are delicious! Staff has always been friendly and helpful.
The spot is very cute and looks nice but the food needs some help to pull it all together. The food looks nice and tastes ok. There is no seasoning and tastes like nothing. There is also no salt, pepper, nor hot sauce to make it good. The people are nice I just wish the food was better😗.

Muchachos rocked my retirement party. Wife worked with Nick to plan tasty offerings for 200 and didn’t disappoint. Brisket,smoked chicken, pulled pork, Mac n cheese,nachos, soft tacos. Many many compliments on delicious come and go. Great job!

Had two tacos (brisket and chicken) with the works! They were VERY good. Alcoholic and non alcoholic options for drinks as well as teas and coffee. Great vibes, great food, awesome service--I will be coming back.

The ambiance at Muchachos is definitely cool, but the food left a lot to be desired. My burrito was overwhelmingly packed with rice and beans, with barely any protein or flavor to balance it out. Given that there aren’t many New Mexican food options in the area, I can see why it might have high-rated reviews. However, for those familiar with fusion BBQ spots, this place falls short. It’s mediocre at best. 3/5.

Loved our family dinner at Muchachos! We randomly picked Muchachos because it is a short walk from the hotel we were at (the Marriott Cornhusker). The menu is a fusion of Mexican and BBQ - so pretty amazing. My toddlers LOVED their Mac & Cheese and quesadilla. I had the brisket nachos and my husband had a pulled pork soft taco and brisket burrito. Muchachos also have a huge selection of draft beer. The vibe was very chill and during the early evening when we visited, there were other families.
