The food was fantastic but wasn't salted from within. The mushrooms tasted bland on their own but were cooked well, they just needed a little extra salt in the saute pan to make them magical. And a little more salt in the pasta water would elevate their Chicken Damabianka dish. The sauce, chicken, and pasta were cooked beautifully. Can I take home a gallon of the pasta sauce, please!?Our server was friendly and helpful. He was able make great recommendations and knew the menu very well . He also rushed to the kitchen when he learned about allergies. He didn't stop by too often or not enough even though they were busy. The environment has a modern, welcoming feel with knotty pine on the walls. They were busy, but didn't feel like it. I prefer quiet restaurants where I can converse and Napoli's does that well.This was our first time visiting, but we'll definitely be back! I recommend it to my fellow pasta lovers!

Food took extra time, so I had to wait, but that’s fair, they were busy.However, my food was lukewarm at best, and my pepperoni pizza had an underwhelming number of pepperoni. One slice had none?Disappointing, especially for the price.

If you get the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, ask for breaded chicken! So good! Best tiramisu in lincoln!

Food wasn't impressive for the price. Server was kind. My biggest issue was we had a party with 2 checks. Server took both credit cards and charged both tickets on one card. Maybe pay better attention.
My experience at this restaurant ruined my entire night, and I find it hard to believe it's rated 4.3 star. The food and services were horrible. I ordered the Alla Penna Sauce with mushrooms, chicken, and fettuccini noodles. The chicken was super dry and hard, tasted like pre-made overcooked food from the day before not fresh at all with barely any mushrooms in the Alfredo sauce. My husband ordered the steak dinner for $30, and the steak came out, looking like death, overcooked, and blueish even though we asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare. The sautéed mushrooms on top of the steak were super salty that we barely could eat the steak. The dessert we had was so hard that you could break your teeth eating it, and not tasty at all. I could buy better desserts at the grocery stores. The services were as worse as the food. The host looked annoyed to even work there. She had no smile on her face, and her greeting was awful. Our server, short blond hair with dark shadow root, was so disengaged. She barely looked at us in the eyes and acted like she wanted to get the hell out of there. She barely spoke to us. I really miss good customer service in restaurants like we had back in the days when people actually cared about their jobs. I will stick with Olive Garden next time, and never again am I ever going back to this restaurant. Get with it, people. There is way better food out there. This is not real itialan food it's an insult to the itialans.

My entree came 10 minutes before my dates!! I had the salmon creamer. Salmon was overcooked and very dry. At least the wine was good. Terrible Valentine's

It took an hour + to get our meals and the pasta my husband and son order was crunchy not done and the sauce was cold and the manager a bald headed gentleman was rude to the kind waitress trying to help us as well as us when they finally brought the food out will not be going back to the south 48th restaurant probably going back to Grand Island because we love their food

Excellent chicken fettuccine and Hawaiian pizza. Salad very fresh and tasty. The dinner roll was soft and delicious! Thanks for the enjoyable meal.
