I recently visited Neveria La Monarca, hoping for a refreshing treat, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow; it took nearly 20 minutes for someone to take my order, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. When my nieve de galleta finally arrived, it was icy and lacked the creamy texture I expect. The flavors were also underwhelming, tasting artificial rather than fresh. Additionally, the cleanliness of the seating area was questionable, with sticky tables and visible crumbs. Overall, the quality did not match the prices, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place based on my visit.

The food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are always on the go. It may seem like you are waiting a while for the food, but trust me, it's just the belly talking.
I recommend the Carne Asada Torta, with elote, and a strawberry aqua fresca!

I love it.. Even though the guy mess up my order. I ask for dorilocos with cueritos and he didn't add them in there so I had to go back and the lady was super nice and she took care of my order and she fix it.. I ask questions while I order and she was amazing about answering them all.

Absolutely delicious! Traveled to Nebraska to visit my best friend and wanted to try somewhere she hasn’t been as well. We stopped here and everyone was incredibly kind answering our questions and the food was as amazing! I hope to find a place in Ohio as good as this!
