I had a pick up for 12:45 for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the power in half of Lincoln went out the night before. When I showed up they were just getting going I don’t even think the equipment was up and going. and the manager told me he would get it done and they did! the whole staff was so kind and they worked hard to get what they need done. No complaints, no excuses. It was good to see. Well done crew

I was very disappointed with this Noodles location. The service was good and not the issue. They were friendly and attentive. I ordered my food to go and live 2 minutes away, so when my food needed to be heated when I arrived at home, that was very surprising. In addition, the broccoli was raw and crunchy, not cooked at all. I hope I can find another location and have a better experience there.

We went to order and a worker looked at us and got pissed…they closed at 8 and we were there at 7. He was slamming pots and glaring at us. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.
