The person taking order was and always is SO pleasant and kind. It’s been the same person every time we go in, maybe 5 or 6 times in the past year as we visit family. She was very kind to my young child who was practicing ordering food for herself. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always delicious. Very happy with our experiences here!

Ordered a meal that had chicken and only had three pieces in it then asked for a refund and wasn’t even given a full refund highly don’t recommend if you want to get ripped off then go for it

Always a great place to grab a meal. The customer service is top notch and the food is even better! I’ve gotten the Mac and cheese for years now and it’s still the same great taste. Their new updated menu is very good as well and never forget your giant Rice Krispie treat!

Tiny amount of food for the price. They got the order wrong and all 3 dishes we got barely had any flavor or ingredients. Menu and sizes have changed since I was there last and not for the better.

I stopped by Noodles & Company in Lincoln, Nebraska, for a quick bite and decided to try something different from my usual pasta order. I went with the Green Goddess Cobb Salad—and I’m so glad I did!
The salad was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted incredibly fresh—from the crisp greens to the perfectly cooked grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and that amazing Green Goddess dressing. The bacon, hard-boiled egg, and pickled onions added the perfect balance of flavor and texture. It was light but still super satisfying.
The portion was generous, and it felt like a healthy option without sacrificing any flavor. The staff at the Lincoln location were friendly and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The whole experience was great from start to finish.
If you’re in Lincoln and looking for a fresh, flavorful meal (that’s not just noodles!), I definitely recommend trying this salad. I’ll absolutely be back for it again!

Staff was present and kind. We all had something different. My pasta came out barely warm and cheese not melted even after stirring it up, kids both rated theirs 2-3 stars saying “it tastes like the school food”. For $30 I was expecting way better quality. Likely won’t be back here again.

Haven't been to noodles and company in years. Was in the area and decided to try it again. Customer service was A+. The lady at the register was so nice, which I feel like is very rare nowadays. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and tasted just like I remembered, perfect!

I am impressed time and time again with the amazing customer service of the workers at this Noodles location. I do dislike having to pay so much to add extra broccoli, but that’s a corporate problem. If this place was cheaper I’d come in much more often, but when I do I never leave disappointed. I’ve never come in during a rush, but they always take their time and deliver a delicious meal right to me.
Food was made phenomenal. Matt was the one who helped me and i’ve never had better customer service.

Noodles used to be a community favorite, but they’ve been going downhill throughout the years. It’s been 2 years since i ate there and got food poisoning ( for the second time from them ). I decided to give it one last try yesterday and here I am writing this review. With food poisoning. Absolutely unacceptable. This only happens when i eat their chicken.
