Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

Food was ok. Service was slow considering not many people there.

great location - great food - easy parking at the door - love the pan pizzas - vast beer selection on tap - you won’t be disappointed !

Terrible service, passable but not great food. Honestly a McChicken would have been better than their chicken sandwich. Meatballs on the spaghetti pie were as easy to put a fork in as plywood.

The place was clean and good atmosphere. We were seated right away, but we're never given service after being sat down. People were coming and going and they were busy but it got to the point that others were being served before our table that came after. We ended up leaving before any food or drinks after waiting for about 20-30 minutes.

Friday night lights, ambient conversation, polite waitress: Haley. You rocked it!

Took the wifey for a night on the town; a taste of Chicago in the heart of Nebraska. Haley came to greet us and took our drink order quickly, and with a keen eye noticed it was my wife’s birthday! She brought our food out very fast, kept our table tidy, AND went the extra mile by bringing my wife a freaking birthday cookie!! Needless to say, we will be back!

Stopped by Old Chicago in Lincoln to place a to-go order, and the service was top-notch. The bartender was quick to greet me, walked me through the menu, and got my order in right away—super friendly and efficient.

Only small hiccup was that we asked for wings with sauce on the side, but they came sauced. Not a huge deal, though, because everything else was great. The food was solid—exactly what you’d expect from a chain, but definitely a step above the Applebee’s-type spots.

Overall, a great experience. Would definitely return!

It's hit or miss really. No consistency.

The music this evening is horrible! We can't even talk it is so LOUD. It is always loud but this is ridiculous. We come every week but won't be if the music doesn't change and be a reasonable volume!

Late night delivery after I got into town after a delayed flight. Pizza was great as were the tots. The burger was a little on the rare side for my liking, but microwaved it in the lobby of the hotel and it was fine.

Absolutely thrilled to say I had the privilege of dining at Old Chicago at Southpoint Pavilions this past Friday. The service was impeccable, and my date, Caleb, was shocked at the sheer, breathtaking quality of the Meaty Pizza. He sure loves his meat!! 😉

Nice comfortable place to enjoy a meal

After learning they were running an $11 special, we decided on OC for our Date Night on a Budget!

I've only been here a couple of times but my husband likes it well enough. The 3 course deal starts with a salad. He got Caesar, I got the House with Honey Mustard. For his main he ordered a Pub Cheeseburger and Fries which he said was pretty good, he polished it off rather quickly. I got a BYO Calzone with Olives, Artichokes, and Onions. It only comes with 2 ingredients but I paid an extra buck to add on. It was huge, I really liked it, side of Marinara was nice and garlicky. Didn't even get halfway through so I took the rest home. You have a choice of 2 desserts, we got one of each. They came out warm and were just enough for us.

Our server Lily was really nice. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Food came out hot and with little wait!

I really enjoy Old Chicago pizza. Crust is very good. Vibe is nothing special but also not bad in any way, very neutral about the vibe. What I will say is that the pizza is very good. Dessert is also good pleasant. Hosts are always friendly but not too over the top, which I do appreciate. Overall am always a fan. I would not recommend getting something other than pizza, it just doesn’t seem like it would be as enjoyable.
