“This was a great dine-in lunch experience for our party of 3.
Food was on point at 12:30. We all got a different entree and they were all fresh.
Firecrackers shrimp was on the marque menu, but the promotion ended - would have liked to try, but my Kung Pao Chicken was tasty.
Restaurant dining area was clean. I’m not sure if it’s this good when UNL classes are in session, but during the summer it is awesome!“
“Was in recently and we had a mix up with an order. The cashier was super polite and addressed the issue without any hesitation, all while juggling a sudden surge of maybe 15 poorly-behaved in store customers. I'll definitely be recommending this location to friends in the future.
Parking: Parking lot is a little narrow because of the location, be careful getting in and out.“
“Motor coach operator stopping through Lincoln Ne. Was really looking forward to teriyaki chicken order from Panda Express (used Uber). Ordered large and received a small. Called store and thought they would just refund(usual response). They sent an employee to me with large order and keep small. That was awesome. Great attitude from whom ever took the call. Very nice lady dropped off order(Even called to make sure she had the right address). OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PANDA EXPRESS. I have traveled around the country a lot and this is the first time any store went out of their way. 10 thumbs up ??????????“
