The north 27th Panda Express is terrible. I seriously have no words. Sat at the drive through speaker for 30 mins then sat at the window for 20 mins. We had yet to get our food or even see them get it ready. We ended up just telling them we wanted a refund. We will not be going back there again.

when google says they close at 10, they stop making food at 8 and you get the scraps. we were here at 8:30 with 2 options to choose from. staff was friendly and gave employee discount

Ordered delivery to work. Never arrived. Called Doordash driver - No English.
Called the store and was told by staff that there is nothing they can do as far as redelivering my food because they use Doordash. They are supposed to credit my account back.
This is why you have your own delivery staff. The only way to correct a wrong or missing order is to remake and retake.
Ended up calling someone else due to lack of customer service on the part of Panda Express.
I left food service after 20 plus years of service. I was taught to please the 5 make them go elsewhere.

This was a great dine-in lunch experience for our party of 3.
Food was on point at 12:30. We all got a different entree and they were all fresh.
Firecrackers shrimp was on the marque menu, but the promotion ended - would have liked to try, but my Kung Pao Chicken was tasty.
Restaurant dining area was clean. I’m not sure if it’s this good when UNL classes are in session, but during the summer it is awesome!
This panda is like many others. The orange chicken is the best option.

The drunks made me sick. For clarity I ordered on doordash cause I work from home and when I tasted the drink their was no syrup and all carbonation. Disgusting.
