The teriyaki didn’t taste fresh - it lacked the usual juiciness and flavor I’ve come to expect from other Panda locations. The texture was off, almost like it was undercooked or not fully finished, which made it hard to enjoy and chew lol

I found a piece of metal in my shrimp at this location. It stabbed me in my mouth and I was bleeding. I would think twice about going to here. Definitely big enough to cause serious damage and would of needed surgery if I ate it.
the past 4 times i have came theyve been out of chow maine at 8. an entire hour before close and they turn away car after car. extremely frustrating and they are rude.

Went through the drive thur at 6:08p I was the only person there no and one in the dining room either but was still waiting for my food at 6:30p!! Someone finally came to the window and said it would be a few more minutes. I FINNALY got my food and drove home. Opened my bag and was missing 2 items that I purchased. Not driving all the way back to wait another half hour for terrible service. The food wasn't even fresh. I thought it took that long because they were making it fresh but definitely not!! Not sure why it took so long. Not a happy camper!!! Of course they gave me a grill recipient without a code so I couldn't take the survey.

Bad customer service the girl at the window didn’t greet me no “have a nice day” no nothing literally open the window took my card and almost tossed me my food. it almost fell while she was tryin to get to me. These employees need to work on there customer service it is not that hard. i my self have worked in fastfood place and yes i do understand the overwhelming part of it and some rude customer, but they decided to work in the customer service place.
