Ordered through drive-tru, took almost 30 min to get the food. Got home and found out they gave me the wrong food 😡.Tried to call the place multiple times but no answers. Had to run back and waited in line again to get the correct food. The whole ordeal took me over an hour 😤. I suggest checking your order every single time before leaving the place. Don’t trust them!

It’s 6:00 on a Saturday night and I’m told it’ll be 45 minutes for white rice. Dude in charge of rice couldn’t have cared less when the ladies asked for rice. It felt like a broken ice cream machine at McDs.

I don’t know why this guys at this restaurant are either always closing early or to close the place down faster not cooling enough food. But they just plain run out of food all the time. Its no joke every time I come to this place they don’t have the food in the menu. I honestly think it’s a poor management issue.

Ruined my lunch break. Food terrible. Orange chicken Burnt. You would think they will make your order fresh when it’s being delivered. This is awful I can’t leave my job to get fresher food and this is not edible :(

This location is why fast food is failing. It is genuinely faster, cheaper, more consistent for me to go sit down at a resteraunt like Imperial Kitchen, where they nake the food fresh, than it is for me to come here.

You're not out back slaughtering the chickens for every order. Stop acting like it.

I ordered online, and they subbed my honey walnut shrimp with a sweet chicken entree without telling me :(((

Update: They subbed 2/3 entrees with a chicken entree I don't like. I took a bite of the chicken, and it tasted OLD!!! I was so disgusted that I threw my food out. I'm so disappointed 😞

The teriyaki didn’t taste fresh - it lacked the usual juiciness and flavor I’ve come to expect from other Panda locations. The texture was off, almost like it was undercooked or not fully finished, which made it hard to enjoy and chew lol
