the customer service was bad they didn’t greet me or anything and I have worked in fast food and I don’t treat my customers like that. The lady at the window sounded mean and didn’t say anything back when I was being polite. My Cho mein had a lot of vegetables in it and I’ve been here like a week ago and it wasn’t like that.

Hey Aliyah, stop giggling with other employees while taking orders through the drive through speaker when it’s packed inside and through the drive through. You botched my entire order. I ordered orange chicken, and received mushroom chicken. You didn’t even confirm the order with me. I clearly said orange chicken. I can’t even eat this, and I waited 20 min in that line. Unacceptable.

They have got so many of my orders wrong. Not given credit. So basically paying for items i did not receive. Because they are delivered by a third party. This does not exclude them from incorrect or not sent orders. But thats there excuse. Sorry panda. Bad business practice. Check and double check your orders. If you have them delivered. Good luck

Was in recently and we had a mix up with an order. The cashier was super polite and addressed the issue without any hesitation, all while juggling a sudden surge of maybe 15 poorly-behaved in store customers. I'll definitely be recommending this location to friends in the future.Parking: Parking lot is a little narrow because of the location, be careful getting in and out.
