I came to Panda today and the food was exceptional. The people at the front were very attentive and one of the cooks (Suad?) was really friendly and kind. I tried the new menu item and it was very good and would definitely recommend.
The manager BETTY was not training the new hire what so ever. There was a mishap in the order due to the girl not knowing the menu, which is understand as she is on her first day. As I let Betty know she needed to do a better job training her new hire she walked away on her cellphone each time. ALYSSA was doing such a great job for being abandoned and not being properly taught. I will never return due to Betty’s attitude and lack of training and concern for the misunderstanding...
On 6/29 I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes before I got by food and that was AFTER I called them to complain about the wait. So much for “fast food”. I hear that some manager thought it would be smart to schedule only 3 people during a dinner rush. I tried speaking to the manager on duty, but she needs customer service training. The actual staff was sympathetic, but I don’t expect them to stay long if they are over worked and yelled at by customers for things outside...
