Even though you cannot order at the counter or fine in, staff was friendly and helpful. They were short on product and appeared short staffed. Even so they did their best to assist people in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

They are selling monthly coffee subscriptions for cheap. I live near downtown and that's why I subscribed. But their downtown outlet is out of service most of the time. What's the meaning of that? Also when they are in service, they operate only till 2 PM. If you can't be fully operational, then you should permanently close rather than being temporarily.

Was told the downtown Panera opened September 8th, online says open til 9. Walked over and it's closed. MIGHT WANT TO UPDATE WEBSITE. I'm very disappointed.

I am so happy to review this Panera. Attitude of the staff and manager is so cheerful and they love to check on their guests and go above and beyond. The manager handed out free cookies to everyone in the store to show appreciation for us customers! Food is served hot and never slow!!! Bathrooms are spotless I wish I could put 10 out of 5 stars because they deserve double the recognition!
