I order take out and when I got home, they shorted us an item. I immediately called them to tell them and I got a recording that said they were busy and could not answer my call. They said to call back later at a less busy time. I did and always got the same message saying, they were too busy. I never go the problem resolved because they DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE, EVER!!!!!

I love Panera, especially the pine lake location. The employees at this location were so loud and unprofessional. I was trying to study and they kept yelling at each other in the kitchen, saying they needed to "get fired or get a raise." Also, the kiosks said everything was sold out, even though people were able to order those same things at the counter.

Apparently a tough day for Panera, they forgot to give me my sandwich. Out of broccoli soup as well as bread bowls. Also didn't do the replacement items we chose

What an EPIC disaster! Management is terrible, people waiting around for 10 -20 minutes for a bowl of soup? GTFO! If you can't handle the online order volume, simply stop doing it. Your store is a disgrace!
