We went to the Panera on 66 th street in lincoln Nebraska because it was close to where we are staying only to find out they are permanently CLOSED!!! Why didn’t the web site say that they were closed. Not happy camper’s.

Several weeks ago I made a comment about the high chairs to the staff. Today I discovered they had all brand new high chairs. So glad to see that Panera takes customer comments seriously. Thanks very much!

Pretty poor experience from mainly the employees and I would say management... I order for takeout then I have to sit further back cause all the employees were right in front of the take out window I'm assuming for food handler or interviews but leave that space open for the customer to pickup they're order right? Or have the manager or supervisor staring at me cause I'm trying to keep a eye on my food so I can leave... took like 20 minutes to get my order when they're was 7 employees sitting or talking to eachother like it's a big new building get out of customer traffic and say snobby stuff to your coworkers where they can't hear you very disappointed

On a Saturday at noon, this location was quite busy. Friendly staff dealt with an angry customer in front of me in a professional and respectful manner, plus made her food all over again. The cashier was friendly and took my order quickly. I had to wait about 25 minutes for my single order, but to be expected with the number of customers waiting ahead of me as well as all the order-ahead customers jetting in to pick up. Positive experience overall.
Service is incredibly slow. I've done the drive thru - slow. I've ordered ahead - not ready on time. Sadly, because of the incredibly slow service, I will have to think twice before coming.
this has to be the slowest panera in the midwest. placed an order 3 HOURS ahead of time and still had to wait 45 min for food. horribly managed and totally understaffed. would give half star for service if i could.

Had a pick up order online to be picked up around noon. Got there a little early in case it was ready faster than expected. Ended up getting my food 45 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready. Over 12 people waiting and a few cancelled their orders and left because of the waiting time. The staff STILL made the cancelled orders, wasting time for others who still wanted their food. A very sweet staff member gave cookies to the waiting customers, the only positive thing to happen out of the experience.

Margherita flatbread pizza should be called tomato and cheese pizza. Sadly, no basil in sight. Is it hard to keep fresh basil in stock? OK. Then just be honest and call it what it is. Tomato cheese.
