I went through the drive thru and was the only car in line. Waited a long time before my food was ready. (I ordered a chicken caesar salad and mac n cheese. My pasta was not lukewarm but COLD. My salad dressing cup was practically empty. Never had a bad experience with Panera Bread but this was just absolute laziness.
