The owner of this place is awful, only has 2 people running the place in the morning with a long line of people. The girl at the register was very overwhelmed.

Was the first time I've been there and was great. You can't go wrong with soup and sandwiches

I recently visited Panera Bread and was very disappointed with the quality of the baked goods. The pastry I received was clearly not fresh — it tasted like it was at least 3 days old. When I tried to express my concern, the staff initially dismissed me, referring to my limited English.

Only after I used a translator did the manager respond, but instead of acknowledging the issue, they insisted the pastry was “not supposed to be fresh.” That response was both confusing and unprofessional. I expect better service and fresh products from a brand like Panera. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

1 hour wait at drive through. Got moldy bread. Paid $67 for a few sandwiches and mac and cheese.

Poor service, dirty restrooms

Food is mediocre and expensive. Half of the time the food isn't even hot. I only go because my two little kids like it.

I'm a sip club member, so I eat here frequently! I love the fresh food. Delicious salads!

I went in and tried to order a value meal. Which is hard to do since it's not on your boards. The deli ham sandwich was not posted as I was bumped up to a turkey club. Which automatically put me in with the pick two section and I had to pay full price. This is the second time this happened. Your meals are not very cheap.

Was the only car in the drive thru, after about 15 minutes they said it would be a little longer (pretty sure it was forgotten) but they said for the wait they would toss in some cookies. OK, COOL! After another 5 minutes we got the food finally and as they handed us the food, they mentioned how the cookies were in there but YET NO COOKIES. Come on now…

We drove from Seward to get soup, bread bowls and baguettes. We drove up through the drive thru and it took three tries for them to get my order right, the other person in my car had ordered chili and then they told us that they were out of bread bowls and baguettes (which is why we came). We just decided whatever we were already there. After everything was said and done we went to eat our soup and they had given us potato soup instead of chili (two completely different soups) they don’t even sound the same! I went inside to ask for the right soup and when I walked in there was a whole shelf of bread bowls and baguettes in the back.. We were super disappointed to have wasted gas like that and disappointed in the service of who took our orders. The manager gave us the correct order and I just walked out.

Stopped in for lunch. Newer location, and my first visit there. On one hand I love the kiosk ordering because you can take your time customizing your order. On the other hand the lack of human interaction kinda stinks. Plus if you get a drink you then need to get the attention of one of the ear bud wearing staff to go get your drink from the back room which kinda defeats the purpose. The food came out quickly despite a 90 pct full dining room over the lunch hour. The order was 100pct accurate and the food was great. On one of the colder falls days we have had so far the soup was especially great. The location is pretty clean and in good repair, but I would expect that given it's fairly new age.

I ordered a sandwich with no cheese (allergies). There were chunks of feta, I took it back. I expected them to remake it, I wasn't expecting a total refund and cookie as well.

Vegetarian options: Salads and I always order the Mediterranean sandwich with extra peppers!

I went through the drive-through and ordered a chicken Cobb salad when I got home I received bed of lettuce with three cherry tomatoes, and an egg. Definitely not a $10 salad or even close to the description on the menu board
