We were in the drive through for 35 minutes.

Went by for a “quick” lunch in the drive thru; and to my surprise I was literally in line for 30 minutes! Not sure why they call it Fast Food when they take FOREVER! Very disappointed! $15 for a half full container of salad with half of the listed ingredients listed! ? I demand a refund!

I went to Panera at 12:00 on a Wednesday. The restaurant was busy but not overly busy. I placed my order at 12:05. And waited 40 minutes and still no food. People were standing around waiting for their food for 30 plus minutes. My food finally arrived in the window and my pager went off. They put the food in the window and shouted out what it was and someone else took my sandwich that I'd waited 45 minutes for.
I do not recommend ever going to this Panera on 27th Street in Lincoln. Poor management, poor service

Ordered the Chicken Caesar salad at the drive thru. What they gave me was a bowl of lettuce topped with a few slivers of Parmesan and a thin slice of Turkey deli meat that looked like it was picked apart by hand. The salad dressing container was partially filled, barely anything in it. Not sure how they can advertise a chicken salad that has no chicken. Panera has gone downhill, either lower the prices or do something about the poor quality. The salad was $13. Waste of money.

We went through the drive through, customer service was mediocre and couldn’t understand the speaker. Placed our order for a chicken chipotle avocado sandwich without the chipotle sauce and a strawberry shake. We waited in the drive through for about 30 min and paid $20.19. We got home and opened the sandwich and the avocado was rotten. Terrible place to eat and will never go again.

Slow to get a cup for my drink
I’m a member of the sip club, and they always take forever just to hand me a drink. Half of the time they aren’t ready after 20 minutes of waiting

This is the second time we order soup meals from this location and they got 1 of the soups wrong and the second time my broccoli and cheddar soup looks like the cheese in the soup is curdeld from being over heated. The texture is weird and the taste is off.

I waited in line for over 45 minutes in the drive-thru. When I pulled up, they told me they didn’t have the ingredients to make my sandwich, and my smoothie was completely melted.

The owner of this place is awful, only has 2 people running the place in the morning with a long line of people. The girl at the register was very overwhelmed.

Was the first time I've been there and was great. You can't go wrong with soup and sandwiches
I recently visited Panera Bread and was very disappointed with the quality of the baked goods. The pastry I received was clearly not fresh — it tasted like it was at least 3 days old. When I tried to express my concern, the staff initially dismissed me, referring to my limited English.
Only after I used a translator did the manager respond, but instead of acknowledging the issue, they insisted the pastry was “not supposed to be fresh.” That response was both confusing and unprofessional. I expect better service and fresh products from a brand like Panera. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.
Always the best people working there!!
1 hour wait at drive through. Got moldy bread. Paid $67 for a few sandwiches and mac and cheese.
