Ordered on Pappa John app. When placed order a msg came up saying door dash will deliver. On my door dash I have nothing showing. Pappa johns took money out of my account. I called Pappa johns & he told me he hasn't heard from door dash as accepted. He wouldn't make and bake pizza until door dash excepts because they are unreliable. He wouldn't call me when they accepted. He was rude. Poor customer service. Wouldn't take care of my refund. Said your welcome. What a rude person. Never had problems before.

Called to place an order at 11:35, spoke with someone and confirmed they could deliver to us and gave our order. We were told it would be a 40 to 50 minute wait. We wait for most of the time, confused to not hear ANYTHING about our order and call to check on our order. Only to be told they didn't receive an order and it's too close to closing to get a delivery. So what was the point of it redirecting us to speak with someone if they weren't gonna put in our order? I understand human error but no one had any recollection of our phone call. Maybe you'll have better luck if you walk in and speak to them. Maybe you'd have better luck going to another pizza place, I don't know. I just wanted my pizza and wings.

Absolutely love their stuffed crust pizza and the jalapeno bites were good, I want to try the chicken bacon banch bites next time. The order was ready fast and the food was hot when I picked it up and still hot when we got home and ate.

This location really phones it in alot of the time, I love papa johns but this location just doesn't seem to care. Tonight they didnt include the garlic sauce cups and put way less toppings than they should. Not to mention they ignored my request for extra sauce on one of the pizzas. Really disappointed...

I placed my order and it gave me 30min time, I went to pick up 45 min later and it wasn't ready. I had to wait 30+ extra min. And on top of it...my order was wrong. I called back and the person on the other line told me why didn't I check my order? Excuse me, you can't read an order?
Absolutely terrible. Ordered a pizza an hour ahead of time and the person kept asking me for my address even though I told them I am delivering to a different address. She kept asking for my address and I finally gave my address to her and she said that’s in the wrong city. Obviously… they finally said okay, we will be there. And never showed up. When I called them. They said they have no record of me calling in. These kids really need some proper leadership…….

This was worth $15 at best. They charged me $40 just for the pizza. Almost $5 for delivery. We also got dipping sauces and a 20oz soda. Total was $54!!! Only 8 small slices (which they call a large..) and 90% is crust/bread. The sauces were awful ? Also, there wasn't extra cheese like I paid for.

But now that I know they're nearby,?I just call and order.??♀️???♀️Friendly, professional staff, timely orders, and good pizza keeps me coming back!????? (5 *★slice Review) ???♀️?️ ?!
Doordash here alot frequently now and always no matter the amount of team members in store they always have the best customer service and atmosphere. They communicate amazing and handle their drunk crowds the most professional I've seen in this city honestly and I've worked at a pizza joint closing at 3am! I regret never taking the interview from Jad the Gm of this store but love the friendly energy she gives off also! She has trained these kids amazing and you can tell these kids are dedicated to their work and keeping it professional ? keep up the great work you guys! You're all awesome!
Parking: Shares a parking lot with small strip mall but easy access on both side streets of the strip mall to enter, exit, and park
