My boyfriend and I ordered a hawaiian pizza with BBQ instead of marinara with onion on half. It first came with marinara, the manager said that we could drive there (again) and pick up another pizza. We got all the way home and it’s still wrong. This time onion was on the whole pizza and the amount of cheese is ridiculous. We’ve ordered from here a few times and usually it isn’t like this.

Delivery didn’t get delivered after an hour. I drove to the store while on hold the entire time. Walked in and they started making my order. Phone was never answered and rang constantly. Finally got my order 2 1/2 hours later after having to pick up myself and paid the delivery charge because they couldn’t figure out out how to take it off.

I’ve never had a problem with getting my pizza from them but today it was different first slice I bite into and there is a hair in it. I’ve worked in fast food before and was always required to wear hair nets no mater how long or short your hair is all I know is that if my son would’ve bit into it could’ve been a different story I called back to let them know the situation I offered to take the pizza to show them since I literally just got it they didn’t accept I appreciate the good customer service nice people but I won’t be ordering from them again

Extremely rude, we went in to order. Music was so loud, we couldn't hardly understand the beanie/beard dude. Ordering was harder with the music, but nobody bothered to turn it down. He misunderstood me completely and had to start over. Made eye contact with young dude and smiled, as one would(?????), and got glared at. Waited outside for order, and kept getting looked at and talked about w while sitting out here. Makes me wonder what would happen if we weren't here watching. That old show Undercover Boss should still be on tv, and come , FOR SURE..... this is a trip, and uncomfortable for some reason. Smallest person here in a gray shirt is the only one running around working her ass off. Everyone else especially head honcho guy, moves at a snails pace. And was watching videos on his phone.
A couple of Kiwis from downunder found the service excellent. Thank you the super friendly and courteous dude wearing tats, nose and ear rings. Top class service with a smile. And the Pizza was delicimo. I worked at Pizza Hut during my student years, long ago and Papa John’s run rings around everyone else’s Pizza. It’s a massive “YES” from us Kiwis’ on the big USA tour. Pity we won’t be passing this way again.

The pizza here is very mid definitely not good! the pizza it’s self was very flimsy and broke apart when I started eating it I was very upset, and on top of that a family member’s wallet got stolen here and the staff were very unhelpful! And uncooperative as well, also Do not buy pizza from here because it’s terribly done, never buying pizza ever again from here ever again. Good writ-tens.
