I order from here quite often, the food is usually what you expect, average but cheap pizza which is fine. But tonight I decided to try the boneless wings and they were hands down the worst boneless wings I've ever had. Inedible. I would not order again even of them were free. They were soggy, almost like they were microwaved. After the first wing I thought maybe that was an anomaly, but nope. 2nd was even worse because this time not only was it soggy but I bit into something hard and gristly and almost threw up. I spit the bite out and threw them in the trash. Do better Papa Johns. For a national chain to sell these things is borderline criminal. They're disgusting in every way. I'd rather buy a bag of Tyson chicken nuggets.

Ordered 2 XL New York Style Pizzas, Italian Sausage and Extra Cheese, and Garlic Knots online. My confirmation email was correct. Everything was ready at designated time. Labels on the boxes were also correct. I opened when home and my cheese pizza had Pepperoni on it. I called and told them I would return the incorrect pizza for the right one. They offered to give me a free pizza with my next order. I explained that wouldn't work cuz I don't eat meat and therefore have no dinner. After a bit of back and forth they said they'd remake the pizza and to keep the mistake. Picked up new one, hot and fresh. At no time did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, would have been nice. New York Style was great by the way. The whole family enjoyed it.

I ordered 7 pizzas and 2 orders of cheesesticks for 5:30 pm pickup on a Saturday -- not the most convenient time for a pizza place to handle a large order. But my order was ready on time and an employee helped me carry everything to my car. Plus the pizza went over great at the party I ordered it for. I really appreciate the great service!

This place is definitely the worst. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the last time I ordered and their was literally no sauce and toppings on half of the pizza. This time was the same. We ordered chicken bacon ranch and their were no toppings on several pieces. I tried calling but I figure they already know what they send out to people so they purposely don't answer calls. How is this place still open??!!!
