I watched two sweaty heavy set delivery drivers walk in the store and help prepare the pizzas grabbing the peppercinis with their BARE hands. Also watched management grab her cellphone and drank out of her personal drink and went right back to preparing the pizzas also grabbing the peppercinis with her bare hands. Absolutely disgusting and I'm almost positive this is against NE food safety laws. This falls on management but they're too busy throwing their weight around and arguing with their teenage employees.

I placed a simple cash order that totalled $21.30 I paid with (2) $20 dollar bills. The driver has the audacity to walk away thinking he's getting a 20 dollar tip!! I had to ask for my change back and when doing so I got every excuse in the book from the attitude of being inconvenienced for asking for my change back to saying well that will take all my change in the bank which is not my problem at all. That sounds like a fortune 500 company problem!!! So he proceeds to go to his own wallet and gives me $15 back. First off i was charged a delivery fee to begin with and I'm very courteous when tipping! I think 25% is pretty damn fair! The sheer unprofessionalism left me appalled! I walk around the corner to my kitchen to open a pizza box with a pizza as stiff as a sheet of plywood! For godsakes if I knew that was the quality I was receiving not only would I have NOT tipped, I would of told him to take his Rock hard plywood pizza back to the dump he came from! The pizza wasn't even close to warm at all! I've used papa John's numerous times and never had such a terrible experience! Do not bother with this location, they can't handle the simplest of their job duties. If you want a good papa John's use the downtown lincoln location! I would give 0 stars if it was a option. Save yourself the hassle and if you want fresh hot pizza and not get swindled use the downtown lincoln location off of 17th and Q. Trust me it's worth the drive out of the way for what you'll receive.

Ordered two pizzas an garlic knots, the delivery driver ate a slice of our pizza an then we received a text from a employee stating they guarantee the quality of our food an then the store refused to answer the phone an we are left with having to contact higher up to even solve anything!

Management lacks and that’s all there is to say…..
Driver was very rude when driving around my apartments for a delivery. He came up to a road in the complex where only one car can go at a time. Decided to stop right where I needed to get through. Instead of moving he rudely waved me to come in between his car and my neighbors. As I was going buy the two cars easy, to make sure I wasn't going to hit one or the other, he was making fun of my driving. He flipped me off and raced off. There was no need to what he did. I am just getting home from work. We are all tired at the end of the work week and day. Be kind to others on the road would be nice.

Just ordered from Papa John's on North 27th. Ordered the new Doritos papadias with extra sauce. They showed up at my house and the containers were not even a quarter filled. Called the manager to discuss and she was very rude and hung up on me when I confronted her about it.

I payed $8 for their new papa bowls. I didn't get what I payed for. Barely and sauce and cheese. Hardly any meat. Not the greatest. Pizzas are better and papidas. I'll never order the bowl again.
