My partner and I came to Pepe's Bistro looking for a good vegan lunch spot in Lincoln, and we were so glad we stopped in. From the moment we walked through the door, the atmosphere felt welcoming and community-oriented, you can really feel the warmth and hospitality.
The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. My partner ordered a burrito and said it was delicious, and we both really appreciated having tasty vegan-friendly options that didn’t feel like an afterthought.
Overall, just a genuinely great experience with great people and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

How have I not known about this place. I love to eat vegan, and I love some great prime rib. This would be an awesome place to go even if you are a carnivore. The food is that good.
The food is expertly, seasoned and flavorful. The vibe goes way beyond the food. The environment is inclusive and supportive.
