It was my first time trying the rice bowl. I added chicken, green peppers, and onions. They grill the ingredients together and then put it on top of the rice. It was good. I will be going a lot more. Can't believe I waited so long to try them. Oh, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don't know why I come back to this location anymore...Oh wait, yea I do. Because Pepperjax Grill is a dying business and the other good locations keep dropping like flies. The service I received tonight in the drive thru was downright shameful. Andrew, whoever you are, I'm not sure if you were the one taking my order or the one cashing me out at the window but both experiences were nothing short of horrendous. The order taker was rude and I felt rushed, and I came at 9:17 yall close at 10 I don't know why y'all didn't want me there so bad but damn. The cashier at the window barely said two words to me. I didn't feel welcome and this has made me stop wanting to go to Pepperjax Grill altogether. Learn from this.
Order our food paid for it when I went to get our drinks There were cockroaches walking around on the counter where you fill your drinks, we left without the food or drinks. We will Definitely never go back

Sign said phillys were $9.79 but bill said they are $10.79 and ordered cheese sauce for one and it came in a small quarter size container and they charged $2.49 for it.. just 2 sandwiches where $26.32 that’s ridiculous no drinks or sides with it - won’t go back
