505pm 02/26/26 only 2 cars drive through. One item in the grill. 2 front and 1 drive(3 total) no acknowledgement no nothing. When I said I was going elsewhere they didn't care. Freddy's next door did a phenomenal job with a full drive through

So I got to Pepper Jack’s around 11:45 AM was in the drive-through for 5 to 6 minutes there was two trucks in front of me the The truck directly in front of me ended up pulling out of line because of how long we waited, and then I pulled up, rolled down my window, so I could see if I could hear the truck in the drive-through people talking to each other in hopes that it wouldn’t take very much longer. I sat there for two more minutes couldn’t hear anybody even talking to the guy in front of me so I just drove away because eight minutes without a single car moving yikes!

If you want to eat at a place infested with Cockroaches this is the place for you! Absolutely disgusting! Told a team member working at the counter and she shrug her shoulders like it was normal no attempt to clean the area or anything! Won’t be back!

My husband and I came in today (9/14) around 1:30pm and from the second we walked in the employees were so disengaged, bothered and rude. The dining room was filthy and the food prep looked so old. The woman making my burrito got such an attitude when I asked her to please stir the cheese before putting it on my food. The counter was wet and the foil as well causing my tortilla to get wet and when I asked her to please get me a new one she rolled her eyes. She was moving so sloppy causing a pepper to get in my food and I’m allergic so I asked her to remove the pepper and she said do you want me to do anything else. I was so appalled. The chips for my husbands nachos where so stale and gross I couldn’t believe the experience we received and had to pay 48$. The bathroom had bugs on the floor and was gross. Definitely will never return to this location on N 27th.

I usually like to go to this location they are usaully very friendly and interact with my babies (1 and 3 year olds) portion are usually pretty good but my experience tonight oh man if I could rate it zero stars I would the people working clearly did not want to be there i ordered a rice bowl and a side of shrimp for my so kids dad ordered a Philly and I got mini corn dog kids meal for my daughter they made my rice bowl and seemed very irritated that I asked for no beans extra rice and apparently they had used the last rice in my bowl and so said I couldn't get extra rice. As the kid is finishing up my bowl he noticed my kids dad was picking up our tray to walk away and he proceeded to lean over and ask the girl if i paid already (which i did) and made me feel like he thought we was trying to steal our food when we was dining in. After my toppings were put on I said did you guys get more rice because I would like more rice and he was MAD!!! My rice bowl with my toppings on it didnt even fill up half of the black to go bowl I felt very cheated i paid 50 dollars for our meal and even tipped them. I have never been treated that way at this store before, but I guarantee you I won't be going back to this location i love pepperjax but if they dont get it together I won't go back. If you can avoid going to this location I definetly would

Service is terrible! Stood in line for 10 minutes. Line never moved. They were doing online and drive thru orders and couldn't keep up. Would have waited but every table in the store was dirty. I have brought the dirty table problem to the attention of company and nothing changes. Used to be a favorite place to eat. Now we maybe go once a month if even that often. Dirty dining area makes me wonder about the kitchen area. My husband has had to clean our table the last 4 times we've been there. As much as we like there food, can't see us going back. We were at the North 27th location.
