They did make a mistake on my friends meal because the man at the register entered in the wrong sauce. But that happens, so no biggie. He apologized and promptly remade it. And all was well otherwise. Good food. And their workers were hustling diligently, not just moseying through it like some places.

Ordered a chicken rice bowl and asked for black beans. Ate almost half without any beans then finally found about a teaspoon full. Also asked for extra ranch to go but never got it. Would not order from this store again. Very poor service for a Pepper Jax

It was my first time at PepperJax and I was nervous about ordering thru the drive through. I was greeted by a team member that really made me feel a lot better and less nervous. As I was ordering they were providing a lot of information and answering all my questions before I could ask them. They were super awesome. I made it to the window and it was another team member (I could tell they were different) and they had the same very energetic and excited to see me attitude. Once my order was ready they both handed it out to me and told me to have an amazing day. It was awesome seeing how happy and genuine they were about it. I will be eating here very often it was awesome. I’d also like to mention the food was amazing but somehow the service has outshined it today. Anyways Thank you PepperJax!

Pepper Jax is always a great place to go. You know exactly what to expect each visit and it's always hot and fresh. Never disappointed! The entire staff always seems happy and ready to get down to business. Pretty rare thing these days lol. Gotta respect that. Kept very clean and just always a great visit.

I've had Pepper Jax before and it wasn't too bad.. but the way they do it at this store is sloppy and not appealing at all!!!! They literally just slapped everything in a bowl and it was drenched in sauce and soggy.... The lettuce is soggy wet and has no crunch to it whatsoever.. It's s a let down to pay $15 for some nachos that don't taste good and that are basically drenched in the sauce! Definitely will not be coming back here.
