Lovely for the girls working here that they get to screw around with friends on the clock, would just prefer it wasn’t in the kitchen of where I want to eat. They were extremely loud and obnoxious when talking to themselves but 0 customer service. One girl wearing a crop top and volleyball shorts in the kitchen… new uniforms..? Also one sitting on her phone in the kitchen in view of the dinning room the entire time. They all seemed upset we came in, not sure why as they didn’t act like there were customers in the store. Food surprisingly turned out acceptable. I come here everyday when Im in town from Texas and would prefer not to drive all the way north lincoln, but not going to this location again.

They did make a mistake on my friends meal because the man at the register entered in the wrong sauce. But that happens, so no biggie. He apologized and promptly remade it. And all was well otherwise. Good food. And their workers were hustling diligently, not just moseying through it like some places.

Ordered a chicken rice bowl and asked for black beans. Ate almost half without any beans then finally found about a teaspoon full. Also asked for extra ranch to go but never got it. Would not order from this store again. Very poor service for a Pepper Jax

Everyone is so freaking friendly at this location! Always seems like they are in a good mood both in the drive though and in person. Food is consistently good quality.

It was my first time at PepperJax and I was nervous about ordering thru the drive through. I was greeted by a team member that really made me feel a lot better and less nervous. As I was ordering they were providing a lot of information and answering all my questions before I could ask them. They were super awesome. I made it to the window and it was another team member (I could tell they were different) and they had the same very energetic and excited to see me attitude. Once my order was ready they both handed it out to me and told me to have an amazing day. It was awesome seeing how happy and genuine they were about it. I will be eating here very often it was awesome. I’d also like to mention the food was amazing but somehow the service has outshined it today. Anyways Thank you PepperJax!
Pepper Jax on S 48th has been great everytime I visited in 2024. Friendly service and the atmosphere inside is fine. Keep up the good work!

Pepper Jax is always a great place to go. You know exactly what to expect each visit and it's always hot and fresh. Never disappointed! The entire staff always seems happy and ready to get down to business. Pretty rare thing these days lol. Gotta respect that. Kept very clean and just always a great visit.

I love Pepper Jax, the food, the people who work there are awesome. I had the Philly steak it. Was just the way I like it. Service was awesome and the atmosphere was friendly.
Kid-friendliness: They are attentive to the kids wants and needs. They treat kids with respect.
