Real good sandwiches after drinking.

The food was okay — a little cold, which is understandable with delivery — but the pulled pork was pretty dry. I ordered a gluten-free BBQ Chicken Pizza with pulled pork on half. Couldn’t even tell it was cauliflower crust.

My main concern was the communication before ordering. I called ahead to ask about the BBQ sauce to confirm if it was gluten-free and to make sure cross-contamination was avoided as much as possible. The person who answered said, “It’s full in here, I literally don’t have time.” I don’t think just because I was on the phone instead of in person my safety should have been any different.

I understand being busy, but for someone with celiac disease, knowing the brand name so I can look up the ingredients is a safety issue, not just a preference. It only takes a few seconds to check & tell me plus I would’ve been fine waiting a couple minutes for him to have had time. If there were more gluten-free options nearby, I probably wouldn’t have finished the order.

When I walked into the store I was not acknowledged or even got I contact for at least 30 seconds if not longer. When they finally acknowledged me they asked how I could help me. I asked them for a soup and sandwich combo. The lady behind the counter yelled and screamed at me and said we do not have the sandwich and soup combo anymore everything is separate now. I said Thank you and left. I could not believe how rude and intrusive she was. She could have said this in so many different ways that was so much nicer. But she did not smile at me she didn't do anything at all to make me feel welcome. I think you need to teach your team a little bit more about customer service.

I ordered the half Cuban sandwich on white and a asiago ceasar salad... OMG! I highly recommend this place! That sandwich was so freaking delicious... definitely going back! The dressing on the salad was amazing as well... it made the salad!

Under no circumstances should anyone eat or order from here if they have any kind of special diet or food allergy.

Pretty disappointing for a simple order. Barely got acknowledged when I got there, I think the girl who worked there just didn't care. Added xtra bacon for my BLT n I think I got like 4 pieces? total. Very underwhelming sandwich n meal for how much I paid and tipped.

Too bad they serve hot soup out of styrofoam bowls. I can't do that. Grilled cheese, soup, chip, drink. $17.99 pass. Way too expensive.

Bread was stale and the meat a little slimey. This place needs to be purchased by Subway or even better Jimmie Jon's it's below bad.

If you are going to offer a lettuce wrap option, at least teach employees to make lettuce wraps.
