Had a bad DoorDash experience. When I called this establishment they were nice, and communicative with me. DoorDash lied to me and I ended up canceling the DoorDash order, when I called and explained that I needed to change my order to a pick up, they were flexible and worked with me. I would recommend them due to customer service as well as their pepperoni cream cheese pizza. The sauce was to die for!
Picked up a pie a few weeks ago and they are back to their previous great form. The pie was excellent, takeout was smooth, and the service was friendly. One of the best pies in Lincoln!
I entered Piezano's to pick-up an order for delivery via doordash. While waiting I had the chance to interact with the staff and when I walked out with the delivery I had put in my own order to pick-up when I was finished.
Each staff member was friendly, personable, and just downright humorous. I was actually looking forward to picking up my order just to enjoy their vibe again.
