Worst Pizza hut experience I ever had. Food was cold, burnt, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes at the store from my original pick up time text that said it was done. When trying to contact the store to talk to management, was constantly put on hold, then eventually hung up on. Probably done with Pizza Hut if this is what they call customer service!

Placed an order for delivery came over an hour late never stated it arrived I went outside and it was there cold all the food was ice cold when asking for contact did the ai chat thing said someone would contact me in up to 3 business days still haven’t received any contact…

If I would of known that they 3rd party the orders to door dash I Would of never placed a order, fois arrived at 445om placed order at 315pm pie poor service,cold pizza, never never ever order anything from pizza hit or door dash the driver John looked filthy dirty, slow, cold pizza hope I do t get a staff infection,
I added two pictures of the pizza and wings. The worst I have ever seen. Went there today, one employee, and extremely busy.

It’s good pizza but there’s one black guy treat bad with customers .. every time i go buy large pizza I pay $10 last week I went to order same but unfortunately this guy work there he became mad cuz he said $23 and i told him i wanna same every time $10 he told me get out of here
