You guys don’t know how to read a ticket because we ordered delivery and didn’t get the sauces we requested which then ruined the whole meal not getting because they gave us ranch which we hate instead of blue cheese and garlic sauce so not having the right sauce ruined our order and nobody answered the phone when trying to call

Where I come from we used to have sit down PizzaHut restaurants so a small reduction in stars for lack of seating.

Ordered zesty Italian salad, a BLT salad, 12 buffalo wings, and a supremo sandwich. Ranch dressing for both salads. Was a delivery order. There was no dressing included for with salad and the zesty Italian had no pepperoni or tomatoes. Called them to correct the order and was argued with about the pepperoni being optional for the zesty Italian. I've ordered this salad several times before and never had an issue until this time. They sent another zesty Italian salad but this time excluded the ham. Very unhappy.

Showed up to pickup my pizza. Turns out they gave my order to another person. That persons order was not similar to mine at all, as they called the store while I was there and had theirs remade too.
Had to wait 15 minutes for them to redo my order. Barely apologized and I was late to my plans since I had to wait. To top it off, ranch wasn’t included with my wings even though I had that marked on my order.
I get mistakes happen, but confirming orders with the person should be pretty straightforward.
