Most everyone that works here is awesome…except for the guy with a ponytail I think he is a manager he looks dirty and is super rude. I won’t come here while he’s working in the evening. This is an edit I don’t know why they have this guy working here he’s so rude and looks dirty.

We got free personal pan pizzas for our kids through the Pizza Hut reading program. The worker was really smiley and brought our pizzas outside where our family was playing in the grass.

"Bam Grand Slam" is how I feel after eating at this location. If there was 10 stars to give, I'd give that. The crusty crab has absolutely NOTHING on this Pizza Hut. I drive 15 minutes across town just to pick up pizza from this specific hut. Not only does it taste good but it Always looks good too! (Pics for Proof) Hawk & DJ & John really are doing an exceptionally good job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tonight we ordered a large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust. We had it delivered. I thought that as a corporate chain you would generally get the same pizza quality every time. Not tonight. The pizza we received tonight was delivered cold and was so unrecognizable I questioned if we really got a Pizza Hut pizza. It seened like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was inedible. The cheese was so hardened we couldn’t get our teeth through it. The dough seemed incredibly old and chewy like plastic. We ended up throwing it away. I honestly believe that the quality of the pizza we received would be in breach of their franchise agreement it was so low quality. We will never order from here again, complete waste of money tonight. Bummed. I usually love and trust Pizza Hut to deliver reasonably good pizza.

Thin crust was overcooked. Barely any toppings on the chicken pizza even though I paid extra. App did not work, kept freeing up. Delivery fees are too much. Cookie and cheesy bread was great.
I can't say about the atmosphere because I never go there. However, I get plenty of deliveries. They are fast,the food is good, delivery drivers are great. Thank you to all the staff at 48th & Leighton.
