My recent pan pizza I ordered on the 11th or 12th of November, was a super supreme, and you know how it should be crispy and buttery on the crust? It wasn't. Very limp and doughy. Paid just over 40 bucks with delivery and tip. I expect excellence for that price. Way off the mark. It'll be a while before I reconsider Pizza Hut.

Ordered over DoorDash, took around two hours to finally get it to my place. They used the wrong sauce on my wing, it’s so spicy I can’t eat it, and completely left mushrooms off the pizza. I understand the DoorDash thing is out of their control. But to get the completely wrong order after such a long wait was salt in the wound.

Trash pizza was not done on time then pizza came out they forgot my breadsticks so had to wait on them to cook then she hands me my food and still forgot my wings had to wait for them to cook order was supposed to be done at 5:30 just left the store almost an hour Later Not happy!!!!
