Would appreciate ALL employees wearing their masks PROPERLY. If we have to wear it into the store to pick up a pizza then you should have to wear it while you are making it! No one follows every rule 100% but when you are talking, breathing, anything around food or items to make food that you are then handing to others to take home to their families I expect better than what I saw last night. Pretty stupid.
My boyfriend called in a order for a large chicken bacon Parmesan pizza stuffed crust pizza tonight. We would have ordered online but online said it was down so you had to call. When he placed the order he was told 40 minutes. A hour later he calls as we have no pizza yet. We find out that the order that he made was canceled. Manager very rude. How in the heck r u gonna tell someone there pizza pick up order is in 30mins from 620pm and u go and they say oh we are just putting it in and will be about 20 mins. R u freaking kidding me. So as my husband is waiting i call and go zigged boom and all they can say its game day we can put credit on your acct bull crap dont tell a customer 30mins and u just putting in the ovan. You VOID my charge and do a discount. No wonder i have always hated PIZZA HUT.
