my comment to Pizza Hut is not the same as it used to be many years back. I think I got sick of it. The quality here is not the same so definitely. I don't recommend Pizza Hut at all. You guys need to watch whatever you order unless you have the habit of eating pizza be mindful.

Refused to cut a pizza into 12 slices for birthday. It was listed in the ticket. The guy couldnāt comprehend how to cut into 12 slices only 8 or 6 listed on the pizza peel. Itās not rocket science.

Every time I call my store or any other store it goes to a call center. I CAN NOT SEEM TO TALK TO THE STORE IM ORDERING FROM!!!! When I call and ask to talk to my store I get put into an endless loop on hold. I was on hold for 25 minutes and still never talked to the store. I had just wanted to talk to the store first hand about a food allergy and not rely on some call center to not give the message. So I didn't order as much as I was going to and got different pizza for them at a different chain. The call center idea is garbage and may end up stopping ordering from pizza hut all together.
Ordered carry out and when I arrived My food was ready but I stood waiting for someone to help me for 10 minutes. Finally a guy comes out from the back looking like he was not happy. He did not say a word just handed me my food and walked away.. Terrible customer service.

People need to relax. This weather has caused many problems. Like for instances, the ability to get through neighborhoods that hadn't had snow removal yet or side streets are too slick to get up and down. Just understand if you don't want to drive in these conditions why would you expect others to. Hope everybody has a great day and stay safe.
