Customer service was very rude and they told me that the Online order I ordered for my client with DoorDash would take about 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and when I entered the restaurant again they told me that I should wait 30 more minutes. Honestly, it was not the service I expected. It was my first experience here and I hope I never have to come back here. Dashers, never wait for an order here because they take a long time.

Been a long time since I had a Pizza Hut pizza. I purchased a large hamburger original. The other day. That location Pizza Hut 56th and South Street. Seem to be able to make the pizza a little bit better than I remember? I used to go to the one near 10th and high Street. Of course proof is in the pudding. They didn't cook them very well in my opinion. That one is no longer open at that location. I rest my case. I've gone back to Pizza Hut two times so far. Very satisfied.

Ordered a one topping pizza pepperoni from the store picked it up, went home and had so much garlic on it. I called the store and told them about the garlic that is on the pizza. The manager told me there’s nothing he can do about it. They didn’t even offered to remake it the kids thought it was disgusting. They didn’t eat it so it only belongs to the garbage. I have not ordered from Pizza Hut for so many years and I thought I would give it a try and that was a mistake. Then I go to Domino’s and they made me this absolutely wonderful pizza, I didn’t want a free pizza all I wanted to have them remake the pizza that I paid for because the kids were hungry and no wonder why this franchise is going downhill

Ordered online stated received never got any updates, tried calling store on hold 30 min no answer, went to location Ryan the manager proceeded to tell me no order received even though I got confirmation of payment refused to make my order, refused to refund my money. Was very rude stated they couldn’t answer phone because people calling because app is down??? Very rude no customer service lost customer for good. South 27th location Lincoln ne. Also called customer service and reported and was no help either

Phoned in an order, asked the gentleman taking my order if there were any pizza specials,(He was very hard to understand, broken English).He told me of a 5 topping large and a $8 medium. What he didn’t mention was that you had to buy two mediums to get that price. When I picked up the pizzas, and was told of the price, I was shocked because the medium was just as expensive as the large. Mentioned that to the man behind the counter with and received zero response. Guess that they just don’t care any longer.

I do not understand why this Pizza Hut always has its delivery people it hires to deliver for them (door dash, uber, etc.) wait. If you call people to deliver for you, your business should have the food ready to pick up. I’m hired to deliver for you, not hang out and wait in your lobby as you load up your drivers that work directly for Pizza Hut. I’m sure the food is average… but service here sucks

2 stars only because the staff had great customer service but the pizza is a no for me. Pizza Hut has changed the recipe so much the pizza taste artificial very little sauce and the cheese no good

Pizza Hut is my go to pizza place but I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. I got a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were fresh but the pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours before they served it to us. It tasted incredibly stale and dry and parts of the crust were as thin as and had the same texture as a potato chip. It was some of the worst pizza we had ever had which was disappointing because we usually have great experiences with Pizza Hut.

Make the pizza correctly (all toppings on each half, not on the half where not ordered), tell shift manager Ryan not to argue with customers, allow pizza to be delivered looking like a pizza, not with 1/3 of the pizza slid over the other 2/3 of the pizza.
Staff made this a great trip. Food was great and quick, store was clean, staff went above and beyond. Eddy Spaghetti was a big help! Will come back if in the area again.
