Absolutely God awful experience. They got my order wrong and didnt realize it until we got home. So, I called the store and they blamed it on the call center. He finally credited my phone number (not my credit card) for $10. He had my ticket number and the pizza they charged me for was $12.50. He than said he would credit $15 and abruptly hung up on me.. jerk. Never again. Not worth it.

Received wrong order. Called and they said they would bring me the correct pizza. Told me to keep the wrong one and that they cant take it back. Driver arrived again and demanded the pizza back because he needed to give it to the correct house. Absolutely disgusting.

Everything about our order was not good. I usually do not write bad reviews however. Upon entering the facility the staff was not happy, the person who assisted us was dirty and sloppy dressed acting as if we were a burden in their evening by being there to pick up our order. The last few visits and orders from the Andermatt store in Lincoln have been lack luster with the last one mentioned below being the worst yet. The pizza crust was 1-1/2 to 2” wide. The cheese breadsticks were okay. The Parmesan Garlic wings had hardly any sauce and they did not give us our two sauces. The Cinnabon only had frosting sauce on inside the exterior bons had no sauce at all.

The delivery driver was nice at first and then proceeded to ask if I wanted to leave a tip and I told him no I didn't have any cash and no I didn't want to leave a tip at all I spent 45 dollars already and low on funds which is no one's business and he laughed in my face threw my receipt very unprofessional will never order here again . The driver was male wore glasses and had a long ponytail

The service here was absolutely terrible. I placed a large order days in advance for a work event and called the day of to confirm. They promised that it would be delivered by 4pm, but when the time came, they informed us that they only had one driver that day and they would not arrive until 4:15. I understand that being short staffed makes your job more difficult and I try to stay relatively patient in these cases. However, by 4:25, the food had still not arrived. When I called the store to get an estimate on when we could expect the food, the STORE MANAGER explained that they did not even know where their driver was. She suggested in a very snooty tone that we should just get the food ourselves. After learning that the pizzas has been sitting for THIRTY MINUTES, I asked that she remake them and that she offer a discount, then we would come pick them up. She agreed, but not without displaying an attitude. Overall, this store showed a level of unprofessionalism and incompetence that I simply can't overlook. If the manager had been nicer or more accommodating, I wouldn't feel the need to leave such a review.

I placed a $100 delivery order two days in advance for my office holiday party, scheduled for 4 PM. Despite confirming multiple times throughout the day, the order was severely delayed. When I called at 4:15, the manager, Abby, informed me they were short-staffed and that my food should arrive soon. By 4:30, they still didn’t know where the driver was, so I had to pick it up myself. Abby admitted the food had been ready since 3:50 but didn’t offer to remake it until I insisted. Her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism, including hanging up on me, were unacceptable. While I understand staffing challenges, this was handled poorly. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this location.

First timers at this location. We usually have ordered at the 56th & South Street location for years. We used a Promotional Code to receive a free pizza & breadsticks that we received from the 56th Street store. (We were not happy with our order there after spending $100 & tipping)) so we decided to use this location for our coupons. You guys Rock!! The pizza was perfect & the breadsticks delicious! We’ll be back always! Thank you ?

I came in and the guy at the front was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge me, but stayed tucked into the phone call. After about 5 minutes and he was done, he greeted me and made sure I was good (I had a mobile order). While I was waiting, blasting music, which wasn't family friendly, started playing. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh.
