The Popeyes at 70th and Pioneers is the fastest. If you are a Popeye's fan you know about 45 minute drive through times. This one we ordered and were on the road in 5 minutes. Unheard of. The food was Popeyes. It was warm when we got home.

We had placed our order online and had an email verification of the order. When we went to pick it up, we spoke to the 4 people behind the counter and they all said that they didn’t have an order for us and we were in the wrong place. I said are you restaurant 7141, located at 4400 S. 70th. When they said yes, they refused to look at my phone and the email saying they had my order for that store and I had paid for it. While waiting for them to look at my phone, which never happened, three different customers brought food back in the store saying their orders were wrong and employees actually took food out of sacks that had left the store, and swapped it around between the three orders that had been returned. I bet Health Department would be interested in that. We’ll be calling them on Monday, Do eat here. It was awful service. The training is obviously non-existent. Can’t review the food as we didn’t get any. The home office did refund our money.

Great food and great staff! Can in with my grandson and the manager was amazing. When we left my grandson told me that the people in there were so nice! Keep up the great work.
Would have canceled my order of i hadn't ordered online. Watched the cook eating chicken with breading gloves on and then the server picking up chicken with bare hands. Just about made me puke.

Went in to pick up take out order, wanted to double check since I've read reviews about them getting it wrong (70th & pioneers), I check and said I ordered the big box and 4 piece bone in chicken is missing. The female "manager", if that's what you want to call her yells at me to stop disrespecting my employees, I just said order was missing the chicken, she tossed box of chicken at me and yells to get out of her store and never come back, needless to say I won't be back, she needs attitude adjustment of this is how she treats paid customers.

Arrived and staff/manager kept walking past us without even checking if we had been helped already smh- Took 5 minutes even get anyone to help. We ordered online and food was 25 minutes past promised time! It's ridiculous when this is why I had ordered online! If not for Tracy's help, not sure would give them another chance!

My boyfriend and I went to popeyes on S 70th st on Wednesday 10/2/24 around 4ish. We were greeted by the front person on register and they asked for our order. We proceeded to tell them our order but ended up asking us several times to repeat it so the nice manager by the name of Ron came over and decided to take over finishing getting our order. We ordered a wing tailgate and also the tenders for $25 for our guests waiting at our house. We asked if we could get 2 large drinks instead of the 4 small and he said yes. We were then informed that there was not enough tenders up so Ron asked his back kitchen staff to drop fresh tenders since we were waiting on the wings. Another manager by the name of Barb over heard what Ron was asking and pushed her way in pushing him out of the way to finish our order to tell him that we didn't need the fresh tenders that we could have the 9 old ones plus the 3 fresh ones. Then when we asked for our drinks Ron was going to give us the large cups like we asked but she then proceeded in front of us to tell us no we had to have the mediums because that was not in their policy if we didn't want the smalls. She didn't ask if we wanted anything else with our order and proceeded to say what our total was almost as if she just wanted us out of the way. We were very taken back by her actions that it left a bad taste in our mouths for this store. Ron was an amazing manager and tried to do everything right by the customers but was over thrown by someone who thought they knew best. She was unprofessional and did not act very Managerial like. Then when we got home we were shorted on the tenders and all we got were the 9 old ones. If I am going to be dropping money and have to wait for wings anyways then I should have gotten fresh tenders as well. I was very disappointed in her service and will not be back if she is ever working that shift.
