I arrived to pick up my online order shortly after it was supposed to be ready on a Monday afternoon just after 5:00 PM (I'd ordered an hour ahead to allow enough time). I waited at the counter for several minutes without any acknowledgment while staff prioritized taking and fulfilling drive-thru orders.When a staff member finally approached, I let them know I was there to pick up my online order. They checked a screen, offered no explanation, and spoke briefly to the other staff, suggesting they were unaware of my order.I waited for 15 minutes while my order was prepared. I noticed the original staff member place a bag of food on the counter and glance at me while taking another customer's order. I had to ask if the food was mine, and barely received a nod in response.There was no verbal communication or apology for the delay the entire time I was there.And! After all that, the food was cold and bland.Will obviously not be returning.

They were super busy but got my food to me really quickly. It was hot fresh and juicy some of the best Popeyes I have had in a long time.
Very friendly staff and very helpful. Such a great experience in a fast food establishment. That spicy chicken sandwich is the bomb!Staff were happy and helpful, even cleared our table as we spent extra time chatting.Will return again. The staff was great!
