Loved the delicious rice with beans, platanos. Really reasonable prices and fun to eat while sitting by the window and looking at the traffic on street

Was not expecting to find a Guatemalan restaurant in Lincoln, Nebraska lol but was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant! We tried the carne asada, pepian, pollo asado, plátanos fritos, pineapple fresh juice, and everything was flavorful and delicious! Tortillas con queso fresco y frijol negro made me feel like I was eating at my mom’s house! Everything was delicious and reminded me of home! Can’t wait to be back and try the breakfast!

We ordered takeaway from Quiche for dinner on a whim and the only disappointment we faced was the fact that we live five blocks away and it took us almost a year to eat here. Our order was ready in about 20 minutes, and pickup was a breeze--parking behind the building.
The salchipapas and the tacos chapin de pollo were enough to feed two adults and a toddler all for $20, which is a crazy deal in today's world. On top of that, everything was delicious and came with three different kinds of salsas/hot sauces. The tacos chapin de pollo were fresh and bright and yummy, four tacos total. The salchipapas were fried and heavy and covered in a mayo sauces, which was obviously amazing. We are unlucky that our toddler will eat anything, because that meant having to share a taco and some (a lot, actually) salchipapas with her. 10/10 we will be eating here again to try everything on the menu!
I also need to add: I don't know WHAT the spicy, viscous, matcha-colored hot sauce was that came with our meal, but I couldn't get enough. Toward the end of the meal, I was swimming my papas in it just to eat the rest of it. If anybody knows the name of it, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

If you’re craving amazing Guatemalan food, this place is a total gem! The flavors are incredible—every bite tastes homemade, like something straight from a family kitchen. The staff is super welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. Whether you're a Guatemalan food pro or trying it for the first time, you’re in for a treat.

Definitely authentic! It was absolutely top notch. The flavors were so good on their own but also blended together well. Service was polite and quick. Prices were reasonable. Overall very happy we decided to give it a try!

Fresh ingredients, huge portions, and dishes you can’t find anywhere else in town. We tried the fried plantains (served hot, sprinkled with sugar and a savory creamy side dip), the vegetarian empanadas (filling and perfectly seasoned so could be an entree or an appetizer to share), the pineapple lemon drinks (a little tart but mostly sweet in huge glasses), the beef dish would make three servings with a delicious sauce, and tortillas that were slightly thicker than normal so they’ll hold all the tasty things you want to put inside. The beef was served a little cool, as if it had not been warmed up all the way but that might be because we were among the very first customers of the day but it t didn’t deter us: it was still amazing flavors. Different salsas are available to make dishes hotter if you wish but the basic dishes arrived with enough distinctive flavor without heat so people scared of spice don’t need to fear. Kind and attentive staff, colorful clean ans cheery decor.

My family and I are Guatemalan and we LOVE this place! The food is so good, you can tell they make it fresh. My dad loves this place and says it reminds him of back home. The only thing I say that may be difficult for some is that the servers don’t speak English well. But don’t let that scare you! The servers are very sweet and try their best. Authentic and delicious food.

The food was okay, but it was hard communicating with the server. She was sooo sweet but unfortunately got my order wrong and didn't understand what I wanted. When we paid, there was even a custom charge for that wrong order.
The food did take longer than I thought, especially since we were the only ones there and it was dinner time.
Not the best but not the worst either.

The food is too good, the atmosphere is amazing, the staff is the worst, they are very racist, the people they like are treated well and the people they don't like are treated in a bad mood and with a bad face.
