Different vibe than all the other coffee shops in town. Perfect spot if you're a college student looking to study & enjoy a relaxed ambiance.

Great space with a neat esthetic and friendly barista! She was so personable and kind- turned out to be the owner! Enjoyed my coffee, shop had a great layout, and don’t get me started on the cinnamon waffle. Their coffee special and a treat was under $8- both very tasty. A good choice whether you’re looking for a place to study like I was or to catch up with friends!

I've been here 3 times so far and can't wait to come back. The drinks are very resonable in price, even for "fancy" drinks. 3 different baristas I've encountered thus far and all cheerful & polite. My boyfriend and I have enjoyed our drinks every time, usually trying the experiment or a specialty. The little corner for stickers and handmade items from local artists is adorable and I picked up a few gifts for friends. Reasonable prices on those too.Punch cards are novel and fun, many different designs to choose from. I picked out one with a frog on it!We haven't stayed and sat or anything but the loft style area seems really cozy if you need a study spot. Lots of natural light and super cute decor.

The vibe felt forced, coffee (Americano, black) was mid. It was reasonably balanced given how bad it could have been, but the beans were likely commodity. Not terrible, and if you're in the area you should check them out, but I feel like there's a decent amount of latitude to be gained if they did get more serious with their puck prep and bean quality.I like the weekly "experimental" offering. It looked reasonably busy when I was in so hopefully they'll be around for awhile.Edit after reply: I was aware that you use locally roasted beans, that's part of why I visited. But they can still be commodity unless you're using a specific single origin or a blend of specific origins. The flavor profile leads me to believe that it's a commodity blend. It's not terrible, I just think you have the ability and capacity to do better and I believe in you.

super cute environment! They have a lil area on the side where you can buy local artists creations which is so cool!! I also love the seating areas they have, I always see so many people doing their thing it makes me wanna do the same! The barista that was on shift was very good about answering our questions and gave good suggestions too. She also had the bombest fuckin hair. I decided to get a cappuccino for the first time and it was delicioussss, my boyfriend wanted a drip coffee but their machine was broken so he got an americano and found a new fave! We had the waffles and omggg I had the chocolate ones and they are so so chocolately, but so good. My boyfriend said the plain ones were just as good especially with the syrup they give you 10/10 definitely going there again.

A friend and I visted here and were pleasantly surprised. It seems like it's in a rougher part of town, but inside is quite nice. There's a small parking lot beside and there is also on street parking. Inside there are tables and chairs along with a couple of couches. There are plants around the shop, which is a nice touch. The little waffles are yummy! You can also buy things that small businesses have made. The hot chocolate is very decadent and yummy!!

On a recent visit to Lincoln to see my daughter she took me to Reactor for coffee. The shots in my drink were absolute perfection! There are so many times when you want that perfect drink to start off your day and the shots end up being burnt or sour. Not here! They are PERFECT! I have multiple food allergies and they were incredibly accommodating about letting me read the ingredients on some of their milk options. The staff was so incredibly kind and so welcoming. The inside is cozy and so unique. Definitely will be fitting this is to my visits in the future.??

Reactor is a fantastic coffee shop. It has very good prices and unique drinks which change frequently, as well as coffee shop staples. It's good for UNL students as it's located between city and east campus relatively close to bus routes. The shop is relatively small which means it can get somewhat busy during the school year and around exams.
