I arrived for a catering order. The staff confirmed the scheduled pickup time when I arrived.
I didn’t receive the order until 30 minutes AFTER the time that they confirmed when I arrived.

Stopped in a 12 on a Sunday didn't have to wait to be seated. Service was fast and excellent. Always kept drinks full and didn't wait long for food. Burgers were great with the endless fries and amazing rootbeer floats. We will always be back.

We had burgers and the food was wonderful!
I was disappointed for the first time. The fries had time be sent back 3 times. They were never hot the first time and their great sweet potato fries are only really good when piping hot and then they're the best. The first chicken breast was really tough, though the second was pretty good, and the shrimp was exactly what I expected. They were quite busy so I expected the wait, and the manager was quite helpful in resolving issues but they're usually better.

Went today for my husband's birthday burger. We were told that since he didn't sign in for any visits in the past year, he didn't qualify. He's 70, we don't live on electronic devices! We asked our waiter, never saw a manager. Goodbye Red Robin, this was your 3rd strike and you won't see us darkening your doorway again.
