The food here is excellent, it's very easy to get overly full. If they have it, try the cold mango soup, it was the best side on the buffet

Great buffet of meats on rotisserie. Nice selection of fresh and salad items to compliment it. Love it!

We went for Birthday and Fathers Day. First Visit. It was A great time. We were concerned as our 19 yr old is autistic, though high functioning, restaurants can be overwhelming with many stimulus. He is also gluten free. This was a great choice. We spoke with the staff, and they went over safe food choices with a gluten free menu. And the way they let servers know with the green/red/neutral table topper - excellent. Son was getting too many choices too fast, anxiety building, we just turned to take a break, ... General Manger even came to the table to check on our experience as he wanted to be sure all was well with my birthday and the son's experience.

We will definitely be back.
Well done.

Used to make this an annual birthday dinner with my son or other special occasions. From my last experience I won’t be coming back. All the meats were dry and overcooked no flavor almost inedible. The gauchos cut thin slices or just the edges full of grissle/fat and chewy weren’t personable at all. The shrimp was burnt to a crisp and inedible I had to spit it out just disgusting. Go to the salad bar the only thing halfway fresh was the salads. The hot bar looked like it had been sitting there all day. The mashed potatoes were dry and crumbly and the corn was completely dry and overcooked. How can a restaurant of this caliber mess up the most easiest thing to make? Do yourself a favor and go to an actual steakhouse that has quality beef and save your self the $40 a plate.

Tasty, filling, quiet. You pay for what you get. Some of the gouchos are lacking in their ability to distinguish between good cuts of meat and handing you a chunk of gristle.

10 out of 10. Top notch meats, service, and experience. We had reservations on a Sunday at 12:30. They were excellent. I can’t say enough good things. We tried mostly all the meat and didn’t have a negative note about any of it. We just wish we didn’t get so full! Also, it was totally cost friendly. We will be back, a lot. Thank you!

I LOVE this place the food is wonderful! And the staff is always so friendly. They come around the room on a regular basis to make sure that you get everything they have on their menu. My favorite is the Parmesan beef.

I’m honestly shocked this restaurant came up when I searched “Top rated restaurants in Lincoln NE” and again when I searched “Best restaurants in Lincoln NE”. Majority of the meats offered were way overcooked beyond well done. There were two offerings of rice labeled as “seasoned” and one was white rice and the other was yellow rice with some veggies and little to no flavor at all. We were initially told we’d be offered 15 different types of meat and we were offered maybe 7-8 different meats and glazed pineapple. The only meat that wasn’t overcooked was the lamb and that was undercooked it was still pulsing. I’m honestly floored with how flavorless the mashed potatoes were. The texture was great and they were super creamy but it’s like the salt, pepper, and garlic powder got lost in the kitchen when they were making the potatoes. The Greek salad was amazing though, hats off to the chef that made the Greek salad. Our servers were great and were always on top of refills and clearing plates. The gauchos were exceptionally soft spoken and often times mumbled which is something that doesn’t really work too well when you need to present the food you’re offering. On multiple occasions we had to turn away what we were offered because we had to ask them multiple times to repeat themselves and it just became an awkward situation. Normally I would understand if it was busy with lots of people however this place was fairly empty at the time so that wouldn’t account for any drowned out voices. Even the local that we were visiting was disappointed in this restaurant.

It was NOT good... All the salads I tried tasted old like something that had been in the refrigerator all week. Very limited meat choices, and very over cooked. Very disappointed to spend the $$ on bad food.
